Skin Remedies is such a highly underrated medical spa. The staff is genuinely friendly and the work the nurses provide produces amazing but natural results. The spa in itself is simply beautiful with its beach themed aesthetic. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a med spa with a variety of treatments and budget conscious prices. 5 star all around!

Highly recommend skin remedies medical! Whitney was my nurse/ injector and she made me feel so comfortable and listened to my needs of wanting my face to still look natural with the dysport. The office is so clean and ascetically pleasing, it made my visit a 10/10 experience 🙂

Coming here for a few yrs now and it’s the best. Ask for WHITNEY!! She’s a rockstar and best advocate for your skin you can ask for. Consistent with safety she knows the procedures for skin care and is a Nurse Practitioner to boot. 2 👍 and 10 ⭐️ if I could - got the ILP laser for SunSpots but will return for some Brotox 💪

I’ve been coming to Skin Remedies since 2018 and they’ve always been extremely accommodating setting appointments with my busy schedule. I see Colleen for all my injections and she is far superior to any other injector I’ve been to. Her work speaks to her experience and her education and she has a highly trained eye. I won’t be getting injected by anyone else unless she leaves the state of California. ❣️

I cannot praise this place enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. However, the real gem here is Whitney – she’s simply amazing! I’ve been going to her for my Botox treatments, and the results have been outstanding. Recently, I took my mom, who’s in her mid-60s, to see her, and the transformation was incredible. Whitney has a keen eye for detail and treats each face like a masterpiece. She truly has an artistic touch when it comes to enhancing natural beauty. I’m grateful to have found such a skilled and caring professional. Highly recommend- you will not be disappointed!!

Skin Remedies is fantastic. I have been looking for a place like this for years and I am so grateful to have finally found it. I have been getting Botox for years but with mixed results and I did not do it regularly because I wasn't always happy with the results and it's too expensive and high stakes to have such inconsistent outcomes but Whitney at Skin Remedies is so talented. I have never had it done so well with such perfect and yet natural results. I also agreed to try filler for the first time to replace fat that I lost with age that was causing sag in my jowls. I look a decade younger but I also look totally natural. People keep saying I "look great" but they can't put their finger on why. Whitney not only has an excellent eye and taste but she is expert in the physiology so she knows exactly what she's doing. There is nothing intuitive about her practice. It's both a science and an art for her. She knows how to administer the injections painlessly. I never even flinched. At times, I wasn't even sure she had stuck me! And, to add to the excellent experience, she has a lovely personality and I enjoy my time with her. The entire place is beautiful with great light and a relaxing vibe. Don't be afraid to try Skin Remedies. You will be in great hands. I'm even bringing my teenage daughter to get facials because I am so confident in their professionalism. So glad I found this place!

I received a staph infection, blepharitis, and folliculitis (probably cellulitus) 2 days after doing their non-ablative fractional laser. They didn't even clean my skin before doing the laser. I followed their post-care instructions word for word (they didn't even provide these, I had to specifically ask for them). I have never in my life experienced acne or anything like this. They refuse to give me my "before" photos digitally so I uploaded the only "before" photo I have from earlier that day. My skin was great before the laser.

Not only did the staph infection cause blepharitis, it has now left me with strep throat (I had to go to urgent care for the 4th time last week since the laser treatment.) The doctor said it’s common to get strep alongside staph. I have never ever been diagnosed with either of these conditions in my life until immediately after this laser treatment.

This infection continues to form into new things attacking my body. I had to cancel my trip, lost out on contracts, lost out on life events, etc. I spent hours with their "medical director" who is too old to be working and is a danger to patients. He gave me the wrong prescription skin cream at first because he "couldn't see the label". How is he supposed to be able to evaluate my skin if he can't read a label? He wouldn't even give me a diagnosis despite several other doctors all agreeing it was a staph infection. All he said is “I’ll discuss with kelly”) How does that help me?! He also told me that what Kelly was telling me to do (wash with tea tree oil) tends to make an infection like this worse! And when I sent him a photo, he literally said “I have to print it out to see it better”. That is not how image quality works!! How can this seriously be who they have overseeing things?!

No one should have to go through the amount of physical and emotional pain I’ve gone through as a direct result of this business' practices and sheer negligence. The time I spent with doctors trying to sort this out, I’ll never get that time back let alone my skin texture and color.
