Be careful ordering product. I did and it expires in 3 mos. Old already and can't use it that fast. Asked about a refund. Must pay a stocking fee. Terrible customer service.

I have more than 2 weeks that I sent an E-mail telling them my order arrived opened and missing stuff!!! Nobody has replied me! 😡😡
Update: They're just liying i didn't get a response!!!! And don't answer the phone 🙄

I placed an order June 27th with the website indicating I’d receive the product July 3rd. After placing the order I received an email stating they did not have the product in stock, (which the website did not indicate) and my order would go out the same day they received it. Over a week passed and I had not heard anything from the company so I reached out to them. I never received a reply after reaching out; however, my product supposedly shipped the next day. Clearly they forgot about me. I have still not received my item and it is July 16th. I have never gotten a reply from the company. But, they sure did take my money as soon as I placed my order!

Terrible customer service and poor business practices. I placed an order on Jan 30th. They charged my credit card right away and then sent me an email informing me that the order will take at least 2 weeks to be fulfilled because they don't have the items I purchased in stock. Website did not indicate the items were not readily available. My credit card should not be charged until they ship the item. I sent an email and tried calling, no answer. I wasn't given the choice to cancel my order. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails.

Great Customer Service. Had a problem with an item, called and the girl I spoke to was very helpful and led me in the right direction to get it resolved. After only 1 day I received an email informing me that a new replacement item will be delivered to me ASAP. Will definitely be shopping here again.

The return policy with this company is Not proactive and does not benefit the customer experience. It took me a week to get my questions answered, and I had to chase
them down as they did not respond within the initial 48 hours.

They definitely need a pointer icon on their site to direct the customer to their return policy before the order is placed.

Their customer service staff chooses to ignore direct questions and gives half answers and it requires one pushing forward the question several times. They use this to " trick" you into believing they are honoring your request to remedy. They skirt your direct numbered question!

You can do much better with other skincare sites offering the same and with more attention to a positive experience by being proactive before you place the order.

I have been a customer for this skincare line for quite some time, however the last experience I had with them has shown me what an excellent company they truly are.
Either the post office miss placed my order, or a porch pirate stole it. I called the company and they were quick to respond and excellent to deal with in regards to what steps to take.
I am truly impressed with the kindness and professionalism that I was treated with throughout the entire process.
I didn’t feel judged or criticized in any degree. I just felt cared for.
I am happy to be a customer and plan on sharing this experience with friends.

Please read their Return policy, all returns are subject to a 15% processing fee in addition to cost of shipping. That's 15%! and restocking fee.

I did not realized I also bought the same product from different merchant which came in early. I wanted to return and exchange the product I bought from them and try out different ones.

Well I guess I will just be holding on to these since this company are not very lenient with customers on returns and exchange.

BTW! Products cannot be returned due to allergic reactions.
