This pharmacy dispenses medication for a friend who is totally disabled. I set up his weekly pills. The pharmacist is patient and more than happy to inform me of new medications and existing medications, as well as any side affects to watch for. They take my calls and answer questions. They make us feel that our questions are important and they always respond. They have excellent communication with the prescribing physicians. I wholeheartedly recommend this pharmacy! They are a great asset to Simi Valley!

Recently my child got sick and needed a nebulizer - an expensive way to suck down medicine through your lungs. Well, CVS, which is a chain pharmacy and has its perks, only had a super expensive nebulizer and wouldn't even try to bill it to insurance. The Pharmacist/owner of Simi Pharmacy, who was very sweet, stayed open an hour past her normal closing time, to talk with CVS and my pediatrician and arrange to have me pick up the meds through her - but went above and beyond by attempting (and succeeding) to bill my insurance for the nebulizer. I am so struck by her level of professionalism and customer service that I will be taking my family's pharmacy business there from now on.

Very unprofessional I had to find another company to mail in my prescription because they wouldnt supply my stuff monthly it took them 3 months just to give me my prescription so I got tired of waiting and had to find another company.
