The worse experience ever! Asked for ombre nails from a nail that had on their display and I got junk. My 2 year old could have done a better job. See pics. The lady had no clue how to do it. Why display something u can’t achieve and on top of it all, she charged me $65. To be honest its not even about the price its about the work. Awful! She knew I wasn’t happy and laughed it off. Ugh! Never going back.

I used Zell to pay. I made the payment and they told me that the payment had not arrived yet. I called the bank and they told me that the transaction had already been charged. I checked 2 or 3 times and it was the correct number. Finally they told me to use my debit card. I told them that I was not going to pay them double. The bank told me that it went to the company's personal account. Finally, the manager call the owner and the payment was there .I told them not to do this with people there were thinking that I was going to pay dobble I had a bad experience with this people I will never go there again attention on this nail shop

I've been coming here for about 6 years & I've never had a bad experience. Some of the nail techs aren't as talented as the others, but the staff is always polite and kind, and catering to your needs. They have a nice selection of Gel Color Polish and their Pedicure Chairs are comfortable.
This location does get very busy, so it's always good to go early or call for an appointment. If you're lucky walk-in wait time isn't too long.
Also sometimes you need to remind the nail tech to wipe down the area after the last customer. Overall they are a great salon to get your nails done.

My two daughters and I enjoyed our experience there together. They both had acrylic nails done and I had manie peddie with nails buffed. I enjoyed the massage chair while having my work done. Better greeting of clients and recieving of our money for payment. Normal laguage barrier you experience from people from different culture. They were all very nice and we left a $20.00 tip.

Very competitive prices. Staff is extremely nice and accommodating.

Some language barriers, and their polish colors (both traditional bottles and gel color wheels) are very disorganized -- but do not let that deter you!

I enjoyed 4 services and everything was PERFECT!

I love that these ladies don't pressure you into doing something else. They'll ask or offer because that's part of their job. Aside from that, I feel that they are very careful & precise when doing my mani + pedi. I feel they are thoughtful and caring of their customers. I enjoy getting my mani + pedi here!

Keep in mind, I'm a guy, so maybe my review isn't the best.

First of all, I appreciate honesty and dislike dishonesty. I understand that it was a busy day, but please don't lie to every walk-in and tell them it will be 5 minutes when it's really going to take at least 20 mins to get service. I waited 20 mins and everyone that walked in after me got the same "right now, 5 minutes" routine.

Secondly, I got a simple manicure and it was horrible. I seriously could have cut my nails at home and done a better job in less time, and all I normally do is cut them. My fingernails look beat up now--hang nails, cuticles, etc.

I get a manicure (usually at different nail salons) about once every few months and this was by far the worst manicure I've ever had. Again, take it with a grain of salt, since I'm a guy and then go the whole shebang, like most girls.

Pleasant environment, staff is very friendly and they all do a good thorough job. Here you can go to anyone, not to worry. The gel color selection is quite extensive, they update colors regularly and have matching toe color if that's your thing. Lots of colors to choose from...enamel and gel...really appreciate the location too, right across from Costco!
