People were nice. I wanted to get my gel x manicure removed so I came to this location. The lady was super rough on my nails. The drill bit was too fast, intense and she was too quick with it so she cut my skin in 3 different areas. Now the skin around my fingers hurt and my nails feel weak. I think she drilled too much☹️

I got a regular manicure, and the people were very nice and friendly but the manicure was poor. The application was very messy and lumpy and the bottom was extremely jagged and too far from my cuticle. She also left my cuticles looking very dry and barely trimmed off the hangnails. I previously got a manicure here that was much better but this one was really bad and not worth the price at all. Wouldn't go back.

Honestly the people here are nice, professional and polite and the atmosphere is very high end especially compared to places in the valley. In addition they are really great for booking last minute appointments and have a ton of color selections.

On the other hand, they are very very expensive and overpriced. For gel and an acrylic fill for myself and a friend I ended up paying $90!! I also made an appointment that they didn’t listen was for 2 people, waited an hour after my appointment time and was blamed for the entire situation when it was my turn!

In addition to getting a gel manicure before a trip they chipped after 3 days. And my friends acrylic broke after 2 days, went back to fix it and they CHARGED HER!! She didn’t even have the money and they offered to add the difference to next times tab...just so weird for something that’s their fault because acrylic done right doesn’t break after 2 days from doing nothing.

Just a very weird experience, I’ve been here multiple times where my gel chips after 3-4 days and I wouldn’t recommend especially with their existing prices, absolutely not worth it.

The woman was rude, gave minimum information but I wouldn't care about the careless service if the job was done well. I had an upper lip wax and a reaction I never had before it's all swollen red and I can't touch the are without cringing from pain. Usually the light redness lasts a few hours with me after a lip wax and all but now the whole day has passed and the pain is stronger than in the morning! Stay away if you can.

No greeting when I walked in, so I initiated with a friendly hello and I was looked at and ignored. I decided to still give "Shiny Nails" a chance, since I was there already. I asked for a manicure and I personally didn't like the color selection but I chose one. The lady asked me to pay first, so I did and I tipped in advance. After the manicure I sat there expecting a fan or something to dry out my nails but nothing. I sat there blowing on my nails for 5 minutes and no one ever offered any drying service. I left and never going back.

Love this place so much. They are a bit pricey, but worth every penny as they really take care of you. Will be going exclusively to them. Amazing team and great work. ❤️

I recommend calling beforehand just because they are smaller staffed so you want to be sure they have openings for you, but I always enjoy going there and getting my nails done. Plus they can do all kinds of designs. Very nice staff and my polish always lasts a long time.

Terrible. For the price it is not worth it. They rushed through without care. I had to request for her to go back and cut my cuticles and to paint the entire nail she got upset and spoke about me with her coworkers. I didn't even get to enjoy my foot massage because I felt uncomfortable.
