Once saw at least 3 mice in the produce department. The prices are too high as well, but that's a problem with Shaw's in general...

EDIT: forgot to add it took literal MONTHS for the store managers to OK a repair for a faulty refrigerator because "it would cost too much" despite numerous employee complaints and they ONLY fixed it because a *customer* called the health department. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT. People could have gotten sick!

Very poor customer service. Rude self checkout cashier. Lost Shaws customer for life over $3. Yes for the price you pay I expect much better customer service. Teach your employees to help customers and follow state law not treat customers horribly. Stay away from Shaws.

Awesome sales, customer service, and now they have EV chargers! Updated grocery aisles. Looks very organized. Love the store layout and the cleanliness. Love the rewards program with the ability to choose credit to groceries or gas rewards. I am enjoying the already prepared cook and serve meas and salads when I am in a pinch.

I've been going to this Shaw's for over 15 years. Today, I tried to make a complaint to the Deli Manager about standing there and not being acknowledged. I had to knock on the counter several times to get anyone's attention. Although my earbuds were in, they were on hear though. As I was walking away, he said to me, and I quote "Yeah, keep walking". JUST WOW!

I like this store but the grilled chicken breast in the ready made section is naaasty. Just wasted money on a chicken caeser salad that was so gross slimy and rubbery. Ive given it a few chances but never again.

Every-time I’ve came in there are flies in the bakery aisle and on the donuts (do not buy these) 😷. I’ve even seen mice run by with no problems. Shaw’s clean this up ASAP !

Came in at 7:05, almost 3 full hours before closing, and was told the deli is closed. First time I’ve come here rather than market basket as it’s slightly closer to home, and it will be the last. Website lists the deli as open until 9:00, so being closed at 7 is extremely inconvenient. At a minimum, please update your website to reflect the proper deli hours.

I used to love this store, but when a bunch of g9ft cards got compromised from here, they only gave money back to some customers. Needless to say I was NOT one of them. I will make it my business to try not to go here as often as I used to. Bad customer service. We all know grocery stores have ins to cover those things. Got the run around the whole time.
