I’m very pleased with the staff at this clinic although I don’t appear in person. I take my mental health seriously and I believe everyone should have someone they can trust, the therapist here are great and we do telemedicine calls so I don’t have to leave home, I’m comfortable and given tools to work with that I can use in my daily routine. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to just have the added extra care in their lives!

Great experience. My first time there. Dr. Messenger transfered to the Shasta City location and I decided to follow him. Very Happy I did. Check in was quick & very short wait time. Dr. Messenger is wonderful doctor and very easy to talk too. Staff is great too.

Well, I've always enjoyed the opportunity to have all my worries and concerns aired out amongst the great Northern State of Jefferson, don't you? (Yuck right)
We all know if we are to get better, we go to DR. That said, these are the Nices most Professional, kind, and Quick, yes, I said it, in all actuality they are probably the fastest office team overall. I've put my life in their capable hands and Yep, I'm still here and it's time for me to do my part and stay healthy, you do the same., carry on fellow time travelers and by all means stay healthy.

This is a good place but I was upset at the people in the front. I told them that my father had a new number, the lady apparently changed it. That was not the case, I completely missed my appointment for another case because they called the wrong number. I asked again for details to where I was supposed to go yet the people in the front didn’t know what I was talking about when the doctor directly told me beforehand. It seems very unorganized, I had no other issue than the front. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication between them. Wasted time.

There is lady name Jessica she is sitting at front was extremely rude with us she yelled at us and show really bad attitude she told us we have a appointment tommrow for our baby and when the next day we went there she lie n said I told guys that your appointment was yesterday and when she said there is no opening today or u guys can go to urgent care and and we said that baby is sick. And need to seen by doctor she yelled and said she does not care about it and said I’m loging off and do not care about any one said go ahead do what ever u u want !!
I’m looking for hr to submit a complain about her person like her should find a onother job who can’t handle her job like that . Specifically about small kids and baby .. to b seen my 2 months baby was sick if anything happen I’m 100 percent going to sue her for sure !!

They were running a little bit behind but my appointment was still pretty close to being on time everything went pretty good didn’t have any issues. With maybe the exception of the thing continually emailing me about a review. 😀

No I would not recommend you to family members and friends, because I was not called for a follow up appointment plus this is the 2nd time I had problems with the dental at Shasta Community Health Center in Shasta Lake,!!
