AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. They are unprofessional in handling issues they cause with their treatments. They do not have the skills/training to properly inject lip fillers. Mine were done unevenly twice and they kept blowing me off every time I needed correction. Darlene and Elisa are the injectors there and they treated me like an inconvenience every time I came in for help. They went back on their word and management does not care about the satisfaction of their patients. They said they would dissolve the filler and start again but when I came in to complete the dissolving process they tried to charge me $300 for it. They went back on their word and refused to fix their mistake. Now they are gaslighting me saying I never went in for asymmetry. I contacted BBB to try to get them to do the right thing and dissolve me so I can go to a legitimately professional place for my filler. This business needs to be investigated because now they’re refusing to send me my patient records. I’m considering taking legal action. Their gaslighting took it way too far and I consider than emotional abuse and mistreatment.

Save your money and go to a reputable place. This place is sketchy and everyone is nice until you have a concern. They are two-faced and unprofessional. You also get what you pay for so expect subpar results and bad customer service. Not worth it.

I wish I would have read the yelp reviews before choosing this office for Botox treatment . I had a negative experience . ..

When I came in for Botox I told the nurse I wanted to treat the same area I’ve always done in between eye brows and amount 40 units . I felt her injecting other muscles not in the same area . I called and told them after 5 days and they told me to wait the 14 days . I came in for consultation after 14 days and not much change and showed them . Nurse admitted they did inject different areas and didn’t treat the spot and her only answer was they would “Note “ it for next time . She made no effort or showed concern . Made me feel like she didn’t care even after it being their fault . She told me every muscle contracts differently . That was her answer in an upset mood and being sarcastic the whole time I was concerned .

I just moved from Bay Area to Central Valley and have had amazing results for many years in other offices in the East Bay and they fixed the issue if there was one immediately . It showed me that they cared about their patients and the office reputation and wanted to keep their clients coming back !! I wanted to look for Botox office where would be closer to me .

Big mistake I picked the wrong place . I found Serenity in an Ad on Groupon thought I would give them a chance and continue if they did a good job Unfortunately it was the worst experience!!

Serenity Spa and Chiropractic made me feel they only want your money and they don’t care about keeping their Clients ..

I will report them to Better Buisness Bureau so they aware and prevent business like these from taking peoples money $$$

Question I also have now is if they even use real Botox and also Education and Credentials of the Nurse and Staff ..
