I don't shop here, my girlfriend does. Anyway, I have no desire to be in there. My girlfriend asked one of the staff members what she needed, and we were in and out in under 5 minutes. My girlfriend loves the product she was recommended and I got out of there quick. So for that, 5 stars.

I came to Sephora on a very specific mission to find a color match to an old highlighter palette. The store was so crowded but the woman who helped me was great- she found 2 different options for me after trying a bunch of swatches. She was so nice and determined to help me out. I watched her kindly assist other people as she rounded the store for me.

Worst Sephora ever, customer service is non existing. No one greets you at the door, you get looked at from top to bottom but not a "Hi welcome", it is so rude, and the cashiers, their face says it all. Always super rude.

This place has horrible customer service!!! Ok first when I walked through the door, a sign was being put up on the door by staff saying they were about to close at 5PM due to inventory. As I entered I wasn’t greeted properly more like shouted at “Just to let you know the store will be closing in 5 minutes” I walked inside with an instacart order & I was not familiar with the product so I asked an associate for help, she pointed in the direction of the product and I let her know that I was doing instacart and wasn’t familiar with the product so “can you help me” her exact word was “ No.” Just wow! Poor customer service. I understand they were busy but it’s not what you say it’s how you say it when working with the public doing customer service. I will not be going to this place again and I recommend for others to go to the Sephora that’s on Montgomery road in Ellicott city.
