This was the worst customer service by the owner of a store I have ever experienced.
Spent over 300.00 here, but total ended up being closer to 350 because she charges a 3.5% non-cash adjustment which you’re not told about until purchase time.
I needed to return 3 tops as they we’re longer than the ones I have tried on. Upon returning- 1 tag was off but had it with me, she would not honor.
What bothers me is that I understand store policies, but it was how rude she was!
I spent over $300 in the store and tried to try on some things but the heat in there without an AC close to 80 degrees or higher- yet when I take 1 tag off
I am a business owner and have never experienced this before , not a small business that will be in business long if she keeps this attitude up!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Horrible customer service and strict return policy, not worth the loss in product, especially if gifting for someone...

Was gifted scrubs for Christmas and bc of the return policy (<14 days with receipt). They refused to exchange my scrubs with tags and receipt for one size larger. It's a shame, for an industry lacking many stores, I drove an hour to exchange these bottoms and they would not make an exception. Clearly they don't need the business, shop elsewhere.

Purchased 3 sets of scrubs as a gift on Dec 17 as a gift. The have a 14 day return policy with tags. I attempted a return on the 15th day do to the holiday. Refused a return or exchange for larger size. My recommendation is other seller

The lady working here is so nice. I went in looking for white scrubs on short notice for my school clinicals. The stockton store was out but she called the Antioch store and got them for me on the same day to the stockton store! Super helpful lady and she remembered me from a previous visit.

I have been going to this shop for over 3 years and always been very pleased with their service, recommended this shop to many. However after my experience today, I will never go back. Upon entering the shop, the the woman working there greeted me and asked me if I needed assistance finding something, I greeted her back and said no thank you I know where it's at (as the scrubs I was looking for have been on the same wall the last 3 times I was there ). After noting that what I was looking for was not there, I asked the lady for help, and I was shocked by her response, she actually told me "but I thought you knew where everything was". I of course left without making a purchase, after driving 30 minutes to get there. I will never recommend this store to anyone again, and I really hope none of the people I recommended this store to have not been treated this way. I hope the woman who worked there today reads this, shame on you!

The folks are awesome with nice greeting as soon as you walk through the door. They answer your questions, a fitting room, & ask if you need anything else. You can place an order, which is great. I recommend to all.
