I placed an online order and made a return in store. First of all, the store associates didn’t understand the process of refunding a gift card so I had to contact guest services myself just to initiate the return. I returned the items, but never received a refund. I have contacted Scrubs and Beyond multiple times without the issue being resolved which is really not that complicated. So just know if you use a gift card and need to return anything, you will not be refunded.

This store is always out of styles. Per the Puerto Rican older lady with curly hair at checkout they will be taking away nurses discount. Not only that the older lady was rude to me when I bought my items and when I asked why they were taking away nurses discounts. Scrubs are expensive as it is and I no longer will shop here.

I just had the best experience at scrubs and beyond. I wasn’t sure on a fit or color, but Annette was so helpful and so kind with the biggest most beautiful smile. She made shopping for my new scrubs the easiest and I couldn’t thank her enough I will definitely be back. Thank you Annette for your great customer service and kindness.

I went I to the store today with purchasing in mind. I was seen by both sales persons and was never approached. A couple came in and as soon as the door was opened they were greeted and asked if they needed help. I ever use the race card but at my age I know when there is deliberate difference made because of ethnicity. I immediately left. Playfully the proprietor will see this and maybe a change will be made.

I always come to this store for my scrubs but today's experience was the best I have ever had. I usually wear a certain brand and they were out of my size. Yes I could have ordered it but when I go shopping at a store its because I need something now and not a week from now. The nicest employee helped me find an almost exact dupe for what I was wearing before. I appreciate the time she took to go throughout the store and find me my size and styles she thought I would like. I even just had the smallest complaint about one of the tops not having pockets and she said "oh I have one with pockets!" Then went on a mission to find my size for me! I really wish I got her name but if she reads this she will probably know who she is. Thank you again!

I had a great visit to this store. With Shawnna's help, I was able to try on multiple styles and sizes in order to find what fit me the best. She was also very friendly and helped me to apply discounts that I wasn't aware even aware of.
