Dr. Yegiyants is the best doctor of any specialty that I have met. I came to her for help with deep, indented facial scars. She made sure to collect all my previous medical records from the time of my injury, and carefully arrived at a plan. First she applied specific techniques to loosen the tough scars away from the underlying tissues to which they had adhered. Then she injected my own fatty tissue there to plump up the space. She even made sure to harvest stem cells from my fat and injected them, not only into the scarred area, but also -- most generously -- under my eyes and in other aging areas of my face. I can barely see any trace of the scars now, and my entire face looks much younger. The best part is her kindness. She was unfailingly sensitive, caring and intuitive in her approach to a frightened patient. When I saw her on day 1 after my surgery, I said to her, "I have zero pain and no discomfort! You must have been so gentle with me!" She just smiled and told me yes, she was very gentle... She is a brilliant, top-notch Doctor, and a major artistic talent who clearly just wants the best for her patients.

When I turned 70 I decided to have a face and neck lift. From my first appointment through the post operative period I felt in good hands. I was scared and had doubts about what was best and Dr. Yegiyants was patient and reassuring. She advised me and told me exactly what to expect.
I am more than satisfied with the results. My husband says I look 10 years younger and my friends just tell me how great I look ( they don't know I had anything done ).
Her follow up was caring and attentive and her office staff are always courteous and reliable.

I am 72 and my hands have looked 90 since I was in my 30's due to thickened skin on the back of my hands from years of eczema. When I learned of hand rejuvenation and found it here in Santa Barbara, I was very intrigued. I was immediately struck with how lovely, graceful and competent Dr Yegiyants is. She explained things to me clearly and I signed up. You can no longer see the protruding tendons in my hands and they look much more feminine. The skin is still a bit thickened but even that seems a bit softer. Another, unexpected benefit is that the arthritis in my hands feels better! Must be the extra fat blood and stem cells there now. I went out to dinner the very day of the procedure and never had any pain at all. The after photo here was taken immediately after the procedure. The swelling did go down a bit. I am extremely pleased!

Dr. Yegiyants was amazing, she did great work and almost five months later I am still absolutely thrilled with my results. All the staff at the office is great, always got me in on time for appointments. The pre-op and post op was smooth and my healing was fast.
