I went here to get a set of GelX extensions with designs and it was a great experience with Kate! She was very kind and her attention to detail was amazing. I recommend this place to many people because I know they do well when it comes to nails. This beauty lounge is reservation only so plan ahead of time.

I went for the first time to the shop on Sunday. It was also my first time doing builder/hard gel. I don't think they came out too well. The manicurist was gentle and very nice but my nails are lumpy.

Great place, clean, friendly and welcoming. I go every three weeks to get my gel polish changed, and occasionally get some nail art. Vi is the best, I showed her a photo of what I wanted for my Easter nails, and she made it even better. (nails had to be short because I tore one). Price is reasonable.

After asking around to find a place to get my nails done for a trip. I was recommended Sapphire Beauty Lounge by a coworker and to book with Kathy. I hadn't gotten my nails done since my wedding over 10 years ago. So, I had no clue what the latest techniques were and how to request an appointment. I looked through their website and felt it was well put together and that it showed a good understanding of how to request the appointment. They have a # to text with any questions you may have, which I did since it's been 10 years & I always want to make sure, better safe than sorry. They were pretty responsive. Some answers took a bit, but that didn't bother me at all, and once you see how busy they are, you'll understand, haha. Anyway, I booked a Gel X with add-on designs for all 10. And a little gem manicure for my 8 year old. I'll try to add a pic of hers later. I got an appt confirmation email and text the day before. Check-in was easy! We waited less than 5 minutes. I couldn't help but smile at how attentive my daughter's tech was with her. She was asking her questions about herself and her nails. It was so cute. They were done pretty quickly. They do a quick nail care routine, no drills or cuticle trimming just the basics. But my daughter felt like a princess! Kathy, my tech, was so attentive with me, she asked me questions about myself and seemed genuinely interested in the conversation. Sometimes, when you go to salons, they don't seem to be interested in you. I felt we were really cared for here. Throughout my time with Kathy, she kept checking in to see if the shape was ok, the color, and the design. Let me know what step she was on and warned me that it may get hot when she was applying the gel and to let her know if I was at all uncomfortable. Since it's been 10 years since I've gotten my nails done, you can see I don't typically spend on myself. But my appointment with Kathy at Sapphire was so nice that it made me want to keep going back. They're actually decently priced as well, just to let the cherry on top. Thanks to my coworker who recommended this place and Kathy, and thanks to Kathy for my beautiful nails. 🤗

I’ve been coming to sapphire for about 4-5 years now and it’s the BEST salon I’ve ever been to. It’s very clean and the appointment system works great because you’re never waiting to be seen. It’s really quick. I’m someone that gets ingrowns often and Lilian always takes her time and is gently with removing. My go to nail tech’s are Lilian, Kate and Vi. I moved to Sacramento and STILL made an effort to come all the way to this nail salon when I can because I cannot find any place better.
