Convenience- it's near Moe's for a quick pop in before a show.
But unless you know what you want already, the extensive selection with no menu and young girls (not all, one that wears a bow in hair, avoid at all costs) who put no effort into customer service, good luck. 1st time there, will likely be the last. Lack of customer service and dealing with an irritated attitude because you are asking questions was the deal breaker for me. There's too many other dispensaries to deal with that.

My boyfriend's favorite place to go; he's like a kid in a candystore. We drive out from SJ almost weekly sometimes, for the deals and friendly service. #1 spot in the bay area!

we drive over the hill for the great selection and great deals! we love coming in bc the girls are always very knowledgeable, sweet, and upbeat which we appreciate! we recently had one of our least favorite experiences at the shop with paloma. she has red dry frizzy hair with glasses. she had no energy or knowledge. she genuinely seemed uninterested & like she did not want to be there. it was a drag working with her, i genuinely wished i was getting helped by anyone else. i don’t know her name but there is a short sweet hispanic girl with dark hair we absolutely adore, she is soo kind and knowledgeable, we love when she is our budtender and she actually deserves the big tip we leave (:

Been a customer for years. I was in a terrible car accident and lost my right leg a while back and can’t move very far, very fast at all, as I have a prosthetic right leg and a left leg that has gone through multiple serious surgeries. I had to use the restroom very quickly and they refused, telling me to go to the gas station which was too far away at the time. They even had security block the entrance to the bathroom…he literally came in from outside and blocked the area…

It was embarrassing seeing all of them(namely young females) rush around freaking out about a disabled person using the restroom. They will continue to sell mostly old cannabis, and act they way they are, but people should know about these behaviors ahead of time. What a shame as they no longer have my business and I will no longer be telling out of state or country friends about them any longer. It’s their karma now mine. Happy holidays

They only get 3 stars because of the out the door prices! Thats the only good thing about this club period!! Honestly I'm tired of their weak menu that is NEVE, NEVER updated EVER. I come from out of town and its been such a waste of time for me the last 4/5 times I've frequented this place.

The customer service is WEAK as well! You'll have workers not wanting to help you. They purposely don't make eye contact with you so they can continue to pretend to be busy. Then if you do speak up and see if they can help you? They usually don't and then will disappear out of site in the back to further avoid you.

I've gone thru this probably about 12/16 times that I've shopped here all together. I'm finally taking the time to speak on the truth about this businesses issues. But I only go for the low prices. But that's not even worth going anymore since its all a crap shoot on what they may or may not have when you get there.

I like to pre-shop or order online so I know what I wanted before I even get there. This place stops all of that and its really inconvenient. If you like to take your time and shop around aimlessly then go here. If you like fast efficient service that's professional then don't go here!
