Claire is so knowledgeable and approachable. She takes her time in explaining diagnoses (translates them into everyday English) and possible treatments and their reactions. Dr. Frucht seems busier but nonetheless knowledgeable and approachable.

A respectful, professional exam and procedure were completed after only a 2 minute wait for the doctor. Dr. Frucht is very personable and quickly established rapport based on our common interest in the photography of rock music stars, as evidenced by the pictures on the walls of the exam room 🙂

Scam charges for skin care + “initial consultation” (none) billed to insurance.

Would never return.

They quoted one price, two times. On the phone call during the appointment, and at the desk.

They then triple build my insurance that quantity of money with a fake initial consultation and a fake line item for cancerous skin treatment.

Triple charged bill, took 25 calls including staff hanging up on us to fix.
Absurd.

Service not good either. Basic treatment done routinely and this was worse than other doctors and upselling services.

A few great staff members at front desk helped.
Others hung up.

Avoid.

If they do this to you, just know that if you have the time for about 20 phone calls and about three hours of work, that’s what it will take.

These types of places are the worst because they absolutely are predatory and take advantage of elderly and immigrants with billing practices like this.

Didn’t have to wait long, physician is smart and knows his stuff, assisting staff is patient and efficient. Your lack of adequate parking have me a great exercise experience!
