Unbelievably super rude customer service! I couldn’t believe how inconsiderate someone could be. I wouldn’t even give this place a one star rating! They are beyond mean to others. They shouldn’t even be allowed to run a business! I would never go to this place! If you go, just expect someone to hang up and be super rude to you! I couldn’t believe anyone could be so overly rude!

Would leave zero stars if possible, I have never been so insulted by a pharmacist. RUDE doesn’t begin to explain the treatment I just received. I was accused of going to multiple doctors and multiple pharmacies. I go to the same doc office every month, the last two weeks I had been to urgent care and received non-narcotic medication for anxiety after losing a family member. Ultimately cancelled my prescription and insulted me as I left.

Wow! My Mother worked at the Vosburg Hotel back in the 50's 60's. I was born in Hemet in 1948 and I remember my Mother would give me some money to get an ice cream sundae at Rexall.

I can not tell you the service and empathy I received from Gene our local Pharmacist. He found out I had covid and called me two and sometimes three times a day to check on me. The empathy and compassion as a Pharmacist was so heartfelt towards me. I dont have words to say for the gratitude I received but Thank You Gene. I could not have gotten through covid without you. I received the the best advice to help me get through this illness, from over the counter medicine to making sure I took my tylenol for my fever to sleep on my stomach for my breathing. Again thank you for your help getting me through this most painful illness. His empathy for his customers is inspectable.

Called the pharmacy and spoke with Jean/Gene and he is not helpful at all. He's always like he's in a hurry to hang up the phone and he was giving me an attitude! VERY RUDE!!!!
