Been with this pharmacy for years I was extremely loyal til I requested brand medication for my elderly mom once I did that they purposely began not giving all medication when I picked up then on my insurance seen that I was getting the same quantity and a extreme generic for suboxone they were having me pay different amounts of money each time over a 125 30 strips of below generic when it should have been 55 dollars every time then today again the grey headed lady has purposely picked at us her stunt today was lying about having brand name medication for my mom once I told her I planned to verify with insurance because I didn’t trust her since she scammed me repeatedly before she got upset and said exactly “ there isn’t brand medication for the medication allopurinol 100 mg and she did it with all the medication what evil person gets upset if you request a brand name medication since your insurance costs almost 300 a month why would anyone settle at 85 yrs old for a low generic and why threaten to have us removed for requesting brand ? I’m a mixed woman never had issues with other reps but I’m going research the state pharmacy board to report today and I have a witness who was on hold on my other phone while she said this later she changed her story once knowing I said I would call insurance

I started with Safesave because during the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020 it seemed the big Chain Pharmacy’s were price Gouging. I complained to my Sutter North Primary Physician who referred me to Safesave. I immediately saw much lower cost for my prescription medications. Friendly & helpful Staff. I highly recommend them.

Got my Covid 19 vaccine done here. First time in. Was very apprehensive. I was very impressed with the customer service I received by the technicians and the pharmacist who administered my vaccine. Even when I called weeks earlier with general scheduling questions, staff was very courteous and patiently answered all my questions! Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends who need to get the vaccine. They also had the J&J vaccine, which I found hard to find a place that had it in stock, but they did here

I came here to get my COVID-19 vaccine. The people that work here really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I was really nervous, but the man who gave me the shot was very kind and walked me through the whole experience. I’ve honestly never had such a great experience at a pharmacy. The people that work here seemed to know all their customers that walked in and are genuinely happy to see them. What an awesome place!

This place is awesome!! I feel like I've traveled back in time to the 80's.
They are very welcoming, the pharmacist knew my name after probably 2 visits, as well as the staff.
I feel bad, but I can't remember the assistant guys name that's a Patriot fan lol.
He actually was interested in knowing how to pronounce my name right away.
It feels like being in the show "Cheers" without the beer haha.
They know everyone that walks in and get you the best prices.
And try to get you the best prices and help...
They just need a "malt shop" in the corner!!

The best customer service Ive ever seen. Ive been a customer of theres, for over 15 years and my family and i would go no where else. They know everyone by name, and greet you when you walk into the door. I know that Dr. Heng runs a tight ship, because the employees give theyre all!! I even have them administer my B-12 shots and any flu shots. Not to mention, that they have the state of the art equiptment. Very clean and fully stocked items every time. Never a long wait for prescription fills either. Love the whole professional staff.

I've been coming here for 20 years at least... 25? Since Ernie was the owner, and the place was a relic of the '70's-style drug store/candy shop/knick knack store. Hieng is a classy, not-too-dire, super friendly pharmacist who always seems to have plenty of time for every customer, even when the place is going full-tilt. Quick service, kind staff... They're a credit to their industry - very easy recommendation.
