I don’t get my nails done often but good golly the times I’ve been here it’s been awesome! Anna did my nails today and I showed her a pic of light blue cat eye nails at first. I changed to a black base with light lavender purple after looking at some more options they had, I mentioned they looked like space/the galaxy and she add some cute stars on a whim! She read my mind and this fits my personality so well!! Will be back again for sure!! Also pricing is very fair nowadays! Paid $65 for the set without tip!

Terrible, young lady told me to sit and wait till it se finished doing a client and once done forgot about me and did multiple other people. After that my nails were rushed but looked terrible after it was done i left paying a very bad price for something very easy to do , price was 70$ . Next day nails fell off. i will not be back.

Update: I WILL NOT go to this shop again. I got my nails done 11/19/23 & today is 11/27/23 and one of my nails popped off. The nail did not break, it popped off in a whole piece (I added a picture) . If I am spending $110+ tip to get my nails done, I expect them to last longer than a week!

Clean shop, great customer service. John did my nails and he did a fantastic job. Kaity did my pedicure and I don’t like it at all. She didn’t push my cuticles back and I told her I hadn’t had a pedicure in a while. My toes look smaller than what they are. Thankfully it’s fall and my toes won’t be out much. I wish I would’ve saved my $55 on that part.

Today was my first visit and I don’t think I’ll be going back.I was greeted upon arrival and after waiting about 20 mins a younger girl said she would get me started when she finished she ask me to take a seat in the third chair.After sitting in that chair the lady working in chair two finishes up with her client and proceeds to start doing the nails of a client that came in after me.I was a tad bit irritated, but wanted to have a good outlook. She looks at me and says someone will wait on you shortly. And approximately 15 to 20 minutes past before a younger gentleman comes up starts working on my nails. So I had a few repairs needed to be done. He took care of those and then proceeds to start filing. My nails doesn’t follow them in the shape that they were in when I came he starts putting them at a point. I explained to him that that shape was not gonna work. I don’t think he ever fully understood the shape. I wanted my nails because they’re still not that shape and I lost a lot of length them so my nails were the perfect length for me. I didn’t really care for the way he did the acrylic because what he put on there he turned around and sanded right back off after filling them all in didn’t understand that I was growing more irritated by the minute. I never got him to understand the shape that I wanted my nails in the the lady at booth two is trying to explain it to him. I’m sure he could tell by the look on my face that I was growing more irritated by the minute. So he starts to polish my nails and at this point I just wanna get done and get out of there. I was not happy when I left there with the shape of my nails and the way he polished, but I was done And I was ready to go. It had been an at least hour and 30 minutes. I paid the little guy tipped him and left could not get out there fast enough because the only way to fix my nails Now will be having new set put on.

I went in around 5:50pm and asked if they had time for 2 manicures and a pedicure. The young girl said yes but I'll have to wait. Which was no problem being I didn't have an appointment. My niece decided on a full set which seemed to be no issue. She was in the chair no more than 30 minutes it seemed. Too fast for a full set. At 7:18 I finally get in the chair for my pedicure. The guy sat me in the chair and went on a break coming back smelling like cigarettes. He proceeded to start my pedicure and got up 3 times for supplies. The younger girl askes the other once she was finish with her client to come start on my manicure and she sighed very loudly. Instead of coming to start on me she convinced a guy that was there with his wife to get a manicure. I had an ingrown nail and the guy couldn't get it. He asked both girls to help and they refused. I decided to end my pedicure, pay for what was done and leave. This was they worst experience ever. My first experience was the best when Mimi took care of me. Best to say I will not be returning.

This was my first visit to this location and I can definitely say it will be the first of many. The location is clean and inviting, they also offer complimentary snacks and drinks. Everyone was friendly. I saw reviews online about Serena and the shop so I thought I’d give it a try. I am definitely happy I did Serena is super sweet and did an amazing job on my pedicure. I’ve been in AL for 2 years and can honestly say this was the best pedicure experience I have had since I been here. This is my new Nail salon and Serena is my new forever go to for a pedicure. We are locked in Serena boo lol .

I came here to spend time with my mother and watch her get her nails done and I watched her get the worst nails, I’ve seen done.

Our nail tech was a young boy, as he was applying the acrylic and glue (that he didn’t let dry.) The little french tips, my mother asked for were falling off the brush.

I didn’t see the prep because I wasn’t there, but when the nails popped and chipped off, my mom’s nails were completely bare beneath.

It didn’t feel sanitary either he had used napkins on his desk that he would wipe his brush on and dip back into the acrylic.

Worst of all when my mother was working at her clothing store, with her cute tips. the nails felt like nothing when they came off, they disintegrated!

It’s sad that this is the performance shown when there was no rush and although we were polite, I am very disappointed.

I’m not happy with the service here and I will not be coming here again, nor will my mother. If you get your nails here look don’t touch.
