Absolutely awful. My girlfriend came here for a gel manicure and got horrible cuts on all her cuticles!!! The nail tech was sloppy and cut so much skin off her nails that it was bleeding. This sloppiness can cause a major infection, plus pain for days. I am truly appalled and will be reporting this business. Don’t go here.

I was referred to this nail shop first time going and I could say I will be going back the gentleman who did my nails did them the way I like them...I would recommend this nail shop to friends

Rose of Rose nails is a fabulous owner. She knows all her customers and is appreciative of your business.
Place could be nicer inside and maybe they could spend a little more time with each customer.

We used to love going here, but the last couple of times, my daughter's gel polish has chipped, and her nails look like trash within days. She also asked for a candy cane stripe, and I wish I could show a picture here, but it looked like we got the Wish version of what a candy cane looks like. It was horrible! We had to go elsewhere to have a decent candy cane stripe put on.
Heading across the street where hopefully higher quality materials are used, but this place isn't it anymore. Too bad because the people are really nice.

I love this salon and the people there. Rose ( yes there really is a Rose), her husband and the ladies are all wonderful. I started going there because of the convince but I returned because of the service. Tina is my main manicurist and I love her. There had been times when I had chipped or broken nail and I just popped in and they fixed it. I'm sorry for those who have had a bad experience but for me this is the only place to go 💅

I called on a last minute acrylic repair. Rose told me to come right away. My most recent nail salon had turned me away for a second time for being “too busy” but Rose told me to come right away. We chatted and she is very sweet, as were all of the other technicians. Rose did an excellent job on my repair and gel polish change. I was so pleased that I made an appointment for 2 weeks. I think I just found my new nail home ☺️

I came for a relax experience and came out with more tension. However, the nail tech Jenny was very nice and did an okay job on my nails. While getting my nails done, a lady says " ouch" and said " its not funny" you cut and hurt me. I'm think I hope I don't get 😒 the same person for pedicure.

Sure enough same lady she held all my toes together and proceeded to cut them. While watching i can see she's about to cut the side of my toe. She wasn't doing a terrible but job, but going thru the motions. She needs to slow day and provide the experience. I then ask for some else to do my feet. At this point I was ready to and already determined no tip. Because then the lady get up no apology and start speaking where I couldn't understand.
The nail tech Jenny came to finish my feet and told her what I said to slow down. My total bill was $80.00 and I didn't feel i received the full experience i was personally looking for. This is not a bad place but need to work out the kinks. I'm not sure if I will return or not.
