I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a couple of months now, and I LOVE it! Everyone is so welcoming/nice and it is usually so easy to book an appointment. I love how detailed and dedicated they are with nail requests and designs. I would definitely recommend this nail salon to anyone in the Bakersfield area!

It was our first time being there, and the shop was so beautiful and welcoming! Everyone there greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcomed! Olivia did my daughter’s nails and she did an amazing job! She was so thoughtful, patient, and caring! Brenda was very sweet and we loved everyone’s positive attitude and welcoming energy! We will definitely be returning! It’s so hard to find a welcoming place with great customer service, so don’t miss out and check them out! Thank you all so much for such amazing service!❤️

Brenda is great! I just started doing my nails again after a long time and she made it a very comfortable experience! She is very sweet and her salon is so beautiful and clean. This is my second time coming to her and I will continue coming back 🙂

This place is definitely worth every penny going!! The girls there are really good with pedis and manis. I’m picky with my nails and I love designs and unique nails and they got it done!! Definitely going here again!!

Came to Rise and Bloom for the first time and it’s the cutest nail shop I’ve ever been in! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I loved my manicure and pedicure experience with Cynthia! She took care of me and did a great job. This will definitely be my go to mani-pedi spa from now on. ☺️

Im so happy with how my experience and nails came out today. My first time visiting and apart from a beautiful salon, the people here have beautiful personalities and make you feel so comfortable. I was lucky to have Suzan work on my hands, and left the salon with perfect pink and white French 🙂 I highly recommend this salon!
