Was given a ticket to pick up my daughter’s homecoming dress Saturday (the day of the dance) after 5:00pm. I went ten to five and they were closed! Bad business, unprofessional and when I finally got the dress two days later confronting them on why they’d give me a ticket for that date and time if they’re closed and I was told “don’t read the ticket” NO APOLOGY!

Not only are they overpriced, but they are rude. Their snarky comments are unnecessary and unprofessional when they are asked honest questions about how their business practices.

They have been doing my dry cleaning since I’ve been back here in R/C. She has also mended a few pairs of pants for me. Very nice people & they do wonderful work.

I dropped off 3 pairs of pants for alterations. When I came to pick them up they were altered incorrectly (too long). All were cut to the same incorrect measurements and not to the custom fitment that we did in shop. The older lady who was working there was very unprofessional and started yelling “you pay” at me. She threatened to throw my pants into the trash and kept saying “pants ok, you pay.” The pants we’re not ok. In the end I ended up paying the bill since this seemed like a no win scenario. The lady said if I wash the pants and they are still too long she will do it again. These pants get dry cleaned so that’s not an option and I now do not trust this establishment to perform any alterations for me. Very unprofessional and very lazy work performed. I recommend you stay clear of this place and visit the cleaners on Balsam St for your alteration needs.

Previously used this alterations place, and had to bring back a patch job for a jiu jitsu gi that was starting to unravel.

Just came by to drop off another gi top for a patch and brought the first one back for a repair job hoping he would acknowledge needing to fix it out of good faith. He's charging me $45 total for both. Seems expensive to me, and I'm surprised he's charging me to repair his previous work. Not sure if culturally he expected me to haggle down...

I like to support small business, but I'm done using this place. This will be my last trip here.

I would advise anyone not to take their business to the Ridgecrest Cleaners. I dropped a jacket off with them last week, and when I picked it up today she had broken 4 of the 6 buttons on it, but still charged me full price for cleaning it. I argued with her that when I dropped it off those buttons were intact, and her only advice was to go buy 6 buttons and that she would sew them for me, at no charge. But I would still have to pay for the buttons and the cleaning cost. ? Unbelievable

Good dry cleaning service. Does have drop-off and 2 day service options available. Will take specialty items such as leather. Does minor alterations. Alteration quality is good, but cost is a little much

Best dry cleaning I've found in town. Full suit and collared shirt came back clean (an old stain on my white shirt was removed with no issue), suit was creased correctly.
