What a relaxing morning getting a much needed pedicure at reTreat Salon & Spa. The technicians gave an excellent massage. The music was soothing and helped me relax. I am a busy person and need the environment to inspire me to relax. Truly the best pedi I have had. I love the chocolate pedicure for Valentine’s Day. The chocolate covered strawberry was delicious. Wonderful experience here for my best friend’s birthday. Love how they let you personalize your experience (I.e. bring more of your own champagne, use the robes and relaxation room for as long as you’d like, etc). They were super attentive and accommodating. The place was beautiful, relaxing, and clean.

Always a pleasant experience. I have been visiting for over a year to buy my Lira Clinical skincare products. Today was my first facial! 10/10! I had a very informative, polite, friendly, and professional aesthetician serve me today. The atmosphere was perfect, and the service was awesome! This place is always well kept/clean. Friendly staff. Lots of services available and membership benefits! Love it.

The woman I was booked with said she couldn’t do an acrylic refill. I(Mexican f) said no problem, we can cancel that appointment. She went to the back to talk to someone.. another technician(Asian) working on another women’s nails said to a white woman client that “she could remove acrylics really fast.. but it’s not worth the risk for people who can’t pay..” I bit my tongue and said nothing. When my technician and I were in private, I told her what her colleague had said when her colleagues weren’t around to hear it. She quietly went to the owner(white f) and mentioned the ordeal.
The owner and I then had a chat after my service where she decided it was easier to blame my interpretation of the situation rather than acknowledge that her employee of 1.5 years may benefit from discrimination courses. I’m tired of apologizing for my skin color and others peoples prejudice. Check your privilege.

I asked for manicure and left feeling like I am worthless and wrong.

I really enjoyed my gel pedicure and gel manicure here. Vy is really sweet and goes above and beyond. I also got that feeling from the other ladies there. I can’t wait to come back!

Souksana did my nails this weekend and they look great! She is very personable, gives great suggestions, and is an excellent nail tech. This was my first visit here but I want to return to try their other services. When I visited, many clients walked in to book massages, facials, and nail appointments. Sounds like they have a space for large groups too!

I’ll be back again to update my nails w/ Souksana and try out the other services too!
