Another great pedicure for me I always have so much stuff to clean out of my nails they bring instant relief with their techniques. They are so patient and kind to my little one. She was so excited to get a design on her nails this time. Thank you, can't wait to be back!

Well after coming here for 17 years I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I am getting a pedicure and after 15-20 minutes into the pedicure the young lady was told to stop working on my pedicure and to take another customer. This is the second time this has happened under the new management. I have had to wait over an hour in the past even with an appointment. Unfortunately I think I have been a little too understanding with this establishment.

I’m so disappointed. I had planned for a manicure as well. But I will just finish with the pedicure and go elsewhere today.

My 11 year old daughter and I went here today 7/21/24, we called around a few spots to ask about the wait time for a walk in for 2 pedicures & Red Persimmon was the nicest over the phone so we decided to give them a try.

When we arrived they were super nice in person Amy & Lani did a wonderful job, they took their time and made us feel so comfortable. The place itself is well kept and I appreciate the plastic lining in the tubs.

Needless to say, I think we finally found a good nail spot near us and we will certainly be back. Thank you so much ladies! 🍀

Omg.... please do not go to this place.... when I went in and sat down In the chair for a pedicure, I started looking around and noticed how dirty everything was. The floors weren't swept and the cabinets/ display shelves were dirty. The walls looked patched up and the baseboards were all scratched and dusty. The lady who helped me was nice until it came down to the scrub and massage. She only did the front of my legs then put a timer on for the massage that was supposed to be 10min. She started the timer and took 4 min to put all of her tools away and clean her station so I got 6min. It was not a massage, she basically rubbed the lotion in and whipped it off. When it came time to pay she kept asking for cash, I only had my card. She ran it but didn't do it right and she claimed it was declined. She demanded cash again and I told her I don't have it. She was being very rude and I told her to run it again. This time it cleared. Not a good experience at all. I normally don't do reviews but I felt today I had to.

My friend recently got her nails done here about 6 days ago. Yen did a good job on the artwork since she has never done it before. Also, she did good on the shaping. However, she put glue on the nails before sizing them to ensure they are the correct size and she made some of them noticeably crooked. So when she asked to fix them and make them straight, she tried to make them appear less crooked by filing them but that did not help. One nail fell off due to her putting on a nail size to small for her finger.
Update: the nails lasted a week. For 60$ I expected them to last at least 2 weeks maybe even 3 weeks.

This is my third time coming here, but I'm not at all happy with the service I received today. I booked the Royal Mani & Pedi, which is supposed to last 60 minutes and 50 minutes respectively. I'm happy with the manicure I received, but I'm not at all happy with the pedicure (performed by different people). The pedicure was rushed and only lasted about 45 minutes. When you book an appointment online, it provides times for each part of the pedicure, but she didn't even come close. The callous remover was on for maybe 2 minutes, at best, and usually, it's left on much longer because it takes a while for it to work. I said something to the pedicurist, but she obviously didn't speak English because she wasn't understanding. The manicurist asked if I wanted my nails rounded or squared, and I prefer them rounded, so that was appreciated. The pedicurist did not ask, so they ended up squared, and I hate the way they look. Also, a couple of my nails have ridges, and they usually buff them out. This one did not. I paid for the royal treatment but certainly didn't receive it. I won't be back.

This was first time there for manicure and pedicure. Person who worked on my pedicure keep saying me “too much skin” while doing my nails. I was surprised as never had that kind of experience at other salons, I said nothing that time but was thinking that yes I do have skin and callus and that is the reason I am here. We go to salons to feel better but not to get embarrassed. For my manicure nails don’t even have uniform shape, could have done better myself. Definitely not going back there.
