Absolutely horrible! I did not get what I was asking for in the slightest! I have acrylic dust and fuzz in my polish. The ombré is horrible. Picture of what I asked for and what I got. The lady then told me $55 and after running my card says that there was an additional $12 fee for using my card instead of telling me before hand.

I am so very disappointed I went in expecting to be pampered and taken care of and a week after getting my nails done my nail polish on my toes is peeling and my full set just popped off a week later definitely not what I was expecting when I paid for it and just not a great job in general. I went in and just was ignored about half the time and I will definitely not be back. It is overpriced for the service and the quality is just definitely not there.

This is the outcome…I told the tech the shape was off. She said it wasn’t. I told her half of my nails looked like they needed a fill in. She said the looked good. She proceeded to polish these rocky roads that looked worse when they were supposed to match my toes. The sides of some have acrylic separating walking out of the salon. Mrs Kim was nice and concerned about the customer being pleased. I appreciated her time and would only ever return for her pedicure and chat.

I love coming to QT the people are amazing and I love the service. I never feel like I am being rushed and again they are just great people. Go see them.
