I got dropped off when I was told my truck was completed. I was walked out to my truck to go over the repairs and there were many problems. The doors were not aligned, the fender was not aligned, the fender flares were not secured properly. This was the "completed" repairs. when brought to their attention, they handled it. They had an employee drop me off back at work and said they would deliver the truck to me when it was done. The next day the truck was delivered with the problems corrected. Later that day I found that the fender that was repaired was missing a bolt. Contacted them and they drove to me and installed the bolt while I was at work. Thinking all was good, a few days later my truck wouldn’t start before work. Found that the negative battery terminal connection was unsecured and had to jump start the truck. I feel that the attention to detail was not there for the technician that worked on my truck. His lack of pride in his work caused much unneeded stress on myself and his coworkers. If not for the high level of customer service that was shown to me by the front office through this whole ordeal, I would give ProColor Collision of Shingle Springs a 1 star.

I locked my keys in the car and needed to call a tow to unlock the car. The guy used a crow bar and bowed out my doors to unlock the car. I reported it to my insurance and they said to take it to a body shop of my choice. I took it to a prominent body shop in Shingle Springs, and they told me it was too old for them to work on. On my way home, I saw ProColor Body Shop and decided to stop and see if they could help me. It was lunchtime. Darin came out and fixed it immediately and easily. He never told me my car was too old. He’s so professional and personable. He’s smart and knows cars. I will forever take my cars to Darin at ProColor Collision - and you should, too. You won’t be disappointed. I was not paid or coerced to say this. It’s my honest opinion.
