I never ever get a pedicure. Maybe once a yr for my birthday. So I was super excited that I had extra money from working a new second job to be able to get it done. I suppose thats why I was so disappointed! The toe nails weren't cut even. My pinky nail was hanging off. I had polish on my toes and my feet looked dryer and more ashy than when he started. He seemed like maybe he was tired. I guess thats why I didn't say anything to him about. I should have listened to the other reviews. They were friendly and allowed me to walk in with no appointment.

I paid $45.00 dollars for this…not much to say but look at the pictures. I will never recommend them or go back….she rushed through it. My nails look terrible!

The entire staff was great, with attention to detail all around. This is the first place I have been to, that did not make it feel rushed, made sure not to be rough with nails and cuticles when manicuring, filing, smoothing ect. I will definitely be back!!!

They were very nice and polite, took their time and give me a really good pedicure. Reason I give it a 3 star is it could use a little cleaning and organizing. I didnt see them get utensils out of sanitizer or open a pack. Most places use the disposable puma stone on your feet, they still have a metal one that she just grabbed out of a drawer and put back in a drawer when she was done with mine, that's pretty disgusting.
My toes do look good but if you look close at the edges you can see they used 2 different colors. One color for bottom coat and a different color for top coat. They look good and I'm satisfied but I'd definitely try to find a different salon next time.

My sister and I visited based on my past experiences being wonderful however this visit not worth it for even half price. Sis’s pedicure was good but her nails look like a blind first year nail tech student did her full set. Very disappointing. So please try to get anyone but the first chair on right…..

I got my nails done ONCE from this place. The customer service was horrible. The shape of my nails were horrible and the gel polish peeled completely off my thumb nail due to the lady putting too many layers on and not ensuring they were fully cured. Originally I wasn’t going to post a review because I typically just never return if the service is that bad. However, I developed green nail syndrome!! NEVER IN MY LIFE have I EVER had green nail syndrome!! This is due to not laying the acrylic properly and not cleaning tools (because yes, it can be passed from client to client)!!!! I’m so beyond annoyed! How this place is still in business is BEYOND ME. If you are looking to get your nails done safely without the worry of getting a nail fungus, go look elsewhere.

This is by far the best place in town to get your nails done! Even if I go months without a visit, Tony always remembers me and my nail preferences. He's personable and has also given me nail/skin care advice.
They use different mineral powders for the acrylics that strengthen your nails without cracking or damaging your natural nail as badly as others i have tried in Dothan!
(Thanks Pro Nails and Tony for taking care of my nails for 2+ years now!)
