Phong did such an excellent job on my French dip manicure with chrome! He did everything exactly the way I wanted. Helen and the staff are super friendly and professional. I highly recommend Pretty Nails!

I didn’t like my experience there at all. First of all ALL of the colors were gone and he wouldn’t do the color I wanted. Also instead of rose gold they did silver which I did not ask for. The nails are UNEVEN and NOT evenly shaped. It hurt so bad as well. The lady did try to make it better but she definitely do much. The atmosphere around there just wasn’t calming. I would prefer people not to go there especially since I went there even after looking at the reviews I should’ve listened bc this is NOT what I wanted.

Went there to get a full gel set. i asked for the coffin shape and they gave me square. wanted a light blue. and they gave me a dark blue not even close to what i wanted. i even showed them a picture of i wanted and it was not even close. a lot of my nails are crooked and i even told the woman who did them and then she got an attitude along with her husband getting one. $45 for very poor quality.
