Love this place!! Maddox and John were very friendly and efficient. I was a little nervous taking my Audi anywhere but the dealer but they were very knowledgeable and confident and did a great full synthetic oil change!! I will come back in 5,000 miles for sure!!

A great place to get your basic car needs, such as oil and fluid changes. I have been a customer of Premier Oil in Palo Cedro for +5yrs now. They've taken great care of my car for years now and as such my car is happier for it. Their prices are affordable, you can stop by any time and they are always willing to go the extra mile. They even managed to find the source of the smell which had been permeating the inside of the car a few years back. It was a dead mouse that had curled up in my AC fan!

The team members are friendly, and each time I have an oil change, I'm offered a free beverage of my choice. They are thorough with oil change and other aspects of maintenance they offer. Also, the larger numbers for mileage on the windshield sticker are helpful for me in keeping track of the next maintenance due date.

The workers are always very friendly and knowledgeable. The vacuum machines work great when they run but a lot of times people shove coins and ruin it for others- also, if you bring your truck in after getting it super muddy, please spray the mud on ground to the drain so the next person does not have to. I always feel bad for the employees at how I see this location treated. I appreciate having it in our town for a quick wash, vacuuming or oil change.

Highly recommend them. They take care of all my cars. They keep great records and can do more than just change the oil. They save me time and the hassle of having to find a taillight bulb, or an air filter or windshield wipers. They change the oil, and then do other quick items for me, including transmission, coolant, and other fluid changes…way cheaper than the dealership. Do yourself a favor, gain back time, and get the deferred maintenance done that your car needs.

The guys are Always polite, & informative, and seem happy. They do a great job & quick. Don't even have to get out of my car... Wouldn't have my boil changed anywhere else. Great atmosphere.

Been coming here for years, built all the way up for a free oil change. Then my car breaks down got a new car, and none of my points or anything carried over, so I've been a loyal customer for about two years and just cause I got a new car they dont use any of my points I spent years building up just to get a free oil change,. Just because I got a new car, even tho all information and everything is the same. Like that's suck bad customer service I will never come back here. The only reason I came here was because it was beneficial and I would . Get the free oil change in the end. But they don't tell u that when I start coming here. If u get a different car nothing counts. Just wow.and not to mention they change you way over priced for simple things, like light bulbs, filters, almost double the price......
