I usually love going to Precious Pearls up until my last couple visits. I went there a couple weeks ago for a pedicure and upon my arrival the young lady at the front who seemed to be the manager was going back and forth with the technicians over my services which appeared very unprofessional. Due to that situation I told them I would just come back another day for my gel x manicure. As we see, the outcome of this visit wasn’t too great either. My fingers got a horrible reaction, causing swelling, itching and obvious redness. This could be because of the product they are using or poor hygiene practices with the tools they use. I had to seek medical attention and overall it was a huge inconvenience. Overall very disappointing especially for the price we pay. I can only hope it doesn’t happen to any other clients and that they work on improving their customer service and cleanliness.

Always love when I get my nails done here. Came after it was recommended by a friend and have not been disappointed. Service is great and the way the take off old gel polish is super gentle without weakening my nails (I had MANY bad experiences in that regard in the past, so this is huge for me).

I wanted to like this place but it seems to never actually hit. 1st time I go, I asked for a French tip and the lady who seems to be the manager tried convincing me to do gel x, which I'd never tried. I didn't even know what she meant. I would suggest being a little more assuring when describing something new to a customer. The tech ended up doing acrylic I think due to my confusion. Admittedly, the French tip was beautiful but I def felt the judgment. Also, my big toe was cut crookedly. This was~$160. 2nd time, I asked for an intricate design. The tech was doing well at first and it was chill. But then the manager lady showed up and kept rushing her. At the end the design was fine but I def think it could've been better had the manager not been constantly rushing her to finish. Also, not only was my big toe cut crookedly again but I ended up getting an infection that forced me to go to a podiatrist. ~$210. 3rd time, I ask for a simple gel mani and pedi. This took 2 whole hours. I understand I had acrylic to take off but my hands could've been soaking in acetone while I was getting my pedi done. Instead the mani/pedi was done separately. And now my thumbnails are crooked. This is what is pictured and cost ~$100

It feels like a factory in the best way possible. They make everything efficient, they’re time conscious, and they all have great attention to detail. 10/10. My mom is hard to please and she liked her set too. I always get a regular mani and pedi but the set always lasts at least 2-3 weeks before chipping.

I go to this nail salon whenever I want a set of nails I won’t be disappointed with. They can be on the pricey end depending on what you get (nail art, gems, etc.). It’s very clean inside and everyone is very kind. I recommend this place for anyone that wants a specific set of nails, or even simple clean manicure/pedicure.

I visit this place for the first time, they may be good for Manicure and Acrylic Nails, but they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO PEDICURE. I asked for a design and it looks like my 3 year old did it ( >*•*< ) But they had good service. I Do not recommend going if you want your pedicure done.
