I was so impressed by this place! Customer service was on point and Vivian killed my nails. Waited last minute to get them done but she was kind enough to take me and slayed my birthday nails. Definitely recommend 10/10. These are gel x

First time coming here and having my nails done ever. We had friendly service from the owner ? I think she was (Jessica). Went in with out an appointment and she had us sit down to wait and offered us snacks and drinks. She did my nails and suggested to do dipped nails ($35). She did a good job , but my thumb got cut , she was apologetic and careful so wasn't a big deal (but hope they sterilized the tool). My friend also had the same type of manicure but it seems that the workers have there own way of doing them, so not consistent as the other. While my lasted 3 weeks and pretty sure could of lasted longer (no chipping at all) but were to long for me, my friends started chipping close to 2 weeks. The other workers seemed pleasant, they all did talk among themself in their language. And Jessica is a multi tasker. Will gladly come back here one of these days but going to stick to a regular manicure. Taking off dipped nails is a pain at home. Noticed they had signs for feet services also so might try that next time.

This place is really special. I walked in and they said I would have to wait, I said that was fine and Jessica proceeded to make me so comfortable! She gave me snacks, offered me coffee, tea, soda, and water so that I would be ok. All of the employees are so kind and amazing!! Love my gel polish 😍 ($25)

UPDATE: so after a little over a week, the polish on three nails fell off. Very embarrassing. Went back for dipped nails and they came out SUPER chunky, it wasn’t cute. Switching nail places.

Found this nail salon by chance. The nail technicians are very sweet and pleasant they offered all there clients a cold beverage while they wait. They take there time with each individual.

I contemplated writing this review but after what I’ve experienced over some time at this salon, I think everyone deserves to know. I was going here for 8 months. Vivian was my tech. I saw red flags along the way but chose to ignore them bc the place is walking distance from my house, Reasonably priced and she was quick and did a good job. BUT, her rudeness and lack of professionalism seeped in soon during my time there and became unacceptable and unbearable. It was unfounded and baffling . I should’ve stopped going long ago. That’s my fault.
I kept going thinking maybe it’s just me, maybe I’ll give her another chance to warm up to me. But each time there was some other level of disrespect and rudeness. For absolutely no reason. I was nothing but kind and reasonable. Perhaps too much.
When a customer brings you images of nail ideas that she’d like and you turn around and says “No”, WTH is that? When the nail tech is frequently late, and doesn’t even turn around to look at you to tell you that she’s running behind, WTH is that? When she won’t answer questions about nail color and yells at you for taking too much time to pick, WTH is that? She’s passive aggressive and unprofessional. Buyer beware.
I’ve been to many salons (miss my last gal so much!) and every tech has always been open to seeing my photos and helping me choose my design. She herself admitted “I’m lazy. I don’t wanna do it”. That explains it I suppose!! I guess me asking for a simple ombré from time to time was too taxing.
I’d rather drive further, pay more, and have a pleasant experience at a PROFESSIONAL salon who’s technicians want to service their customers the right way, than put up with attitude like that.
