the workers were extremely nice and welcoming. my little sister got her nails done with me and they were being so nice to her and started a conversation. the prices are really good and so is the service. i’ve been to various nail salons and this was one by far the best!

I dropped in a couple of days ago because I was in the area and had extra time, and the price was unbeatable for a gel manicure. I had a fantastic experience. The shaping and cuticle work was excellent. My technician was quick, meticulous, and thorough. She rechecked frequently after each layer to make sure everything was neat and satisfactory. But here's why it gets five starts from me: two days ago, I had to scrub my stovetop with a magic eraser and chemical cleaners to get some burnt food off. In the past, this has dinged my gel manicures. But even after rough cleaning, my nails look perfect with no lifting or chipping. Then yesterday, I did a mountain of dishes - my nails are still perfect. Other salons with higher prices have not delivered the same quality. I'm a big, big fan and very pleased. They do speak very quietly, so this us something to keep in mind if you are hard of hearing. I will be back. Photo is after cleaning tasks mentioned

Went in on my lunch break for a simple set. Asked for pink gel with clear coat, narrow square. I chose a pink but I was told “this one is more pretty” Here is my set for $50 . I will let you leave the review….

While the woman who started doing my pedicure was nice, my overall experience was frustrating to say the least. When taking the dryer off of my foot, she knocked the edge of my big toe just ruining the edge because it wasn’t fully dry. Now when she went to fix it, I don’t know why she took all of the polish off but that’s the route she chose and then proceeded to have to do the same thing 4 more times! It was an absolute mess/rush/job done out of frustration but could have easily been patched without having to start over. I never asked her to do that.
Then the manicurist took over who was CLEARLY in a rush. She was looking everywhere else but my nails when filing. Not sure how you know what you’re doing if you’re not looking at the area being filed. She kept poking me with the cuticle trimmers and pulling too hard (likely because she was moving way too fast). She got the clear coat everywhere which now when I’m trying to clean up around my nails, is taking the polish off. The toenail polish has bubbles and is just not smooth it looks pretty sloppy.
All I wanted was a relaxing experience for my birthday and this just felt like a real lack of care or attention to what was being done. Then as a “discount” from the $75 bill she took $5 off😕 It is a mess and I have never had a worse pedicure. Agai , the staff was nice but I don’t know why they were in such a rush (making it a much longer experience by not fixing the issue the way one normally would) - I was actually there for about 2 hours which was insane. Regular mani pedi, no gel. I share this experience so you are aware and I hope the business gets better at ensuring their nail technicians deliver quality jobs vs jamming through it to get to the next customer (it wasn’t busy btw).
