I've been here twice. New set & then a fill in. I've been happy with my nails both times but don't be in a hurry. Both times took longer than I expected but the fact that they take their time is NOT a complaint! I'll continue to be a repeat customer.

Update after reading this facility owner's flippant reply:
Proof sent to the state. Her phone tracks where she goes and how long she's there. We can tell time and her nails were definitely soaked 45 minutes....I was there....and it WAS RIDICULOUS... which is why the nail place we visited (to repair your damage) was SHOCKED! Our visit was August 5, 2024 5:00 PM.
WITH RESPONSES LIKE THIS OWNER'S RESPONSE, IT SHOWS YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS HERE.

This placed soaked my mom's gel nails for 45 minutes!! Then the gel wasn't even completely removed & she painted over the remaining gel!! A TEENAGE GIRL tried to smooth the nails but did poorly. I doubt she's old enough to be legally licensed to do this. A total of 3 ladies worked on her nails & they looked so bad that the next nail salon she went to showed everyone there how bad they looked!! That's terrible!
$30 & an hour & 1/2 of our time, wasted.

Phung Lucky Nail Spa is the best nail salon I have ever visited. I go there regularly for manicures, pedicures, and waxing. They always do a fantastic job. This is a family owned business. The daughter does my nails and the mother waxes my eyebrows. When I leave, I am always very satisfied with the service performed. The place is convenient and clean. They are open 7 days a week with great hours. I always bring a photo of the design I want on my nails. I have always been very satisfied with the recreation of the nails in the photo I show.
