I wouldn’t recommend this place at all for nails. They changed prices later at the time of billing. My finger even bleeded during the nail art scrapping. Also they said they can exactly match the design in the picture I showed but later it was no where close. They didn’t even have the same colors, so I felt it was like betraying the trust of a customer. If you don’t have the right resources, you shouldn’t commit to the service. Also, the staff is less, so you get divided attention. She did my base coat and then made me wait for 15 minutes as she had to manicure someone else who was also waiting since long. Lastly, when she saw unhappiness from my side with the service, she said it would have been better if you used extensions- this is something they should recommend in the beginning instead of an excuse when the service doesn’t turn out to be upto the mark. I have been to luxury nail salons in bay area who have done an amazing job with better prices too! Bad experience!

I walked in today to this place and the whole staff was very rude and mean I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. They have treated really badly. I only asked them for removing my acrylic nails and she was super aggressive and disrespectful in giving the service. She started taking off the nails and in between she said “it’s very hard to take your nails off” which is really annoying and she left the nails in the middle of the process. She also said “you can go to different places” which is really weird on her part. The worst place I have ever been to.

This is a nice, clean salon with super friendly staff and competitive prices. My mom liked my manicure so much that I took her to Petite for a Mother’s Day manicure and she absolutely loved the results!

Reasonable price, don’t expect good customer service or good results tho. The lady H who did my pedicure doesn’t have very good manner. I asked about to remove the dead skin from my feet, she said if you want more, you need to pay more lol but I guess that’s the culture? I told her that the color wasn’t even and she said I know I know, not very patient. That they keep talking in their own language makes me feel awkward.

Very bad experience! Left uncured gel on my nails which bubbled up a few days later and when I went back to get it redone, they said I should have come around sooner and then charged me for removing it uncured gel. You don't get nails done to go through this much trouble.

I had just moved to the area, and was looking for a nail salon in the area. I’ve been getting my nails done consistently for the past 10+ years and do lots of designs, so I wanted a tech that could do designs while not damaging my natural nails.

I read about the good google reviews for this place, so I decided to give this place a try. I called to book my appointment with Hannah, which they confirmed. On my appointment they confirmed with me that my appointment was with Hannah and sat me down. While I was getting my nails done, I told the nail tech “you must be Hannah, I saw lots of great reviews about you,” and she just awkwardly smiled. When I was almost done with my nails, a woman comes up to me and says “I’m Hannah I wasn’t feeling well so I had Kathy do your nails. This is Kathy. Do you like it?” THE SAME PERSON who confirmed my appt with HANNAH and showed me to my seat. seriously? Anyone can feel sick, I understand that, but the audacity to straight up lie to your clients and not asking the client if it’s okay to have someone else do them? Unprofessional.

Kathy also left indents on my nail bed from incorrectly filing too much after my dip power and took so much off my cuticles that it hurt for a couple of days for the first time.

I found this place on yelp with good reviews so I made an appointment for 2pm on a Sunday for 3 people. We got there on time. The 2 people I was with got served immediately whereas I waited until 2:40 to get served. The lady I that was helping me did say thank you for waiting but I honestly don't understand why I had to wait that long when I had an appointment to begin with. I came in with full set acrylic nails that need to be removed before applying regular polish. She started by taking a large nail clipper and cutting my nails short. She then used another type of nail clipper (not sure what it's called) to clip off the sides of the acrylic. I understand clipping off the corners where the acrylic nail has loosened and started to come off the nail but she kept forcing the nail clipper between my nail and the acrylic, forcefully separating the acrylic!!! There was a lot of pressure and a lot of acrylic pieces flying around because of how much force she was putting. Granted I don't have much experience with acrylic nails but I'm pretty sure I'm not supposed to feel like I'm gonna get my eye poked out from a piece of acrylic nail nor should I feel like my own nail will be ripped off my finger because of how much she was tugging on the acrylic nail to pull it off!!!! I complained and asked if she could just file it off. She kept insisting that she can't do that because my nail will get 'hot'?!?! I really didn't understand. A few nails later I couldn't take it anymore so I told her to file it off it's okay if it will get 'hot'. She did and no my nail did not get hot. Next I asked for #29 color from the sample nails that they had. It was more of a very pale purple. She got #29. It looked more pink than the sample but I thought maybe it will be different when she applies it. It wasn't. Not even with the second coat. After the 2nd coat I pointed out to her that the shade is different and she said it's because the sample is gel and I got regular. I know I could have asked earlier but it would have been nice if she at least made me aware that was the case. They were kind enough to redo the color to something closer to what I wanted but I was warned that they're only doing the recolor for free because I was a first time customer. The polish application was not very good either. The edges of the polish are not clean.

I had a very horrible experience at this place. Not only did they not stick to their appointment time but the way they cared for my nails was just appalling. Needless to say I will not be coming back and I would not recommend this place to anyone! The worst 24$ I ever spent.
