I'm so mad at this right now if I could gave them minus 5 i wa sso down for that .if you don't know how to do eyebrow don't do it ! They mess up my eyebrow and she said that IS OK when u do sides you dont clean everything look at this! she place my eyebrow down to trim I felt it when she was going it but you have to trust so disappointed I didn't said anything this is my first time I was so in the go that I need it them done I'm so regretting this this lady sucks at waxing ! IM SO MAD RIGHT NOW IF YOU CANT DONT DOMIT I ADVISE PLEASE DONT TO TAHT HERE NOT EVEN SURE HOW CAN THEY HAVE 4.5 START IF THEY CAN DO EYEBROW IM SURE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT HAIR OR ANYTHING look at my picture that was her work and she was proud of it!! And they wnatwd to charge 23 when I ask her she said 20 there was no mirror to look at my self so I need it up just given them to her I don't care about price if it would have been a good job I would have even tip her

I don't know if I will come back to this salon. I was here a few days ago. I called the person who I see here and she said she could see me. I showed up in the time frame that I said I would. When I walked in, I was completely ignored. I stood there for about 2 minutes at the front desk and was totally ignored by the 2 women working here. One of the women, I think her name is Mae, she was doing a customers hair. She's the one whose hair cutting station is closest to the front door. She had cut my hair once. When I walked in, she's right there facing me, and she completely ignored me. The other woman who was working here is the person I came to see. She knew I was coming in. She was doing a pedicure on a customer, on the right side of the room. She totally ignored me as well. The only person who acknowledged me was the customer who was getting a pedicure. She looked at me and smiled. After I stood there feeling humiliated for about 2 minutes, the woman who I was there for says something like "OK, let's go!", I guess meaning that she was ready to see me. She sounded hostile. She said it as if I was a dog, or a child who she was angry with. The truth is, the last few times I've come here, I've been made fun of and insulted by the staff. They didn't realize that I heard them and that I knew what was going on. I have a disability. They probably thought I wasn't aware of what they were saying. The first few times I came here, they were very nice to me. But more recently they've been really mean. About a year ago, that lady Mae cut my hair. Other people who worked here had encouraged me a few times to get a haircut by one of them. So the day I did come in for a cut, Mae was the only person working. She seemed nice enough. She did tell me an upsetting, weird story about a couple in Vietnam who dumped their newborn baby somewhere. But other than that, she did a decent haircut. I paid her and gave a tip, as I always do with hair stylists. But I think that she did not like me for some reason. I have a disability. Also I suffered some minor burns to my face several years ago, so the skin on my face looks really bad. So I think this lady Mae has a problem with that. From what I can tell, every time I come in, even though I'm not coming in to see her, she says bad things about me to the other staff. So I guess no one is going to be nice to me in front of her, because she won't like that. Anyway, the last few times I've been to this salon, I leave here feeling so hurt. I'm still upset and hurt over my experience here the other day. So I don't know if it's worth it to return.

I love this place for hair cut and color. May is my main hairstylist but Tammy also did a wonderful job when May was not available. The whole team is nice and friendly.

Mai has been cutting my hair for over 15 years and it has always looked great! I always get compliments on my hair cut and I always tell my friends to go to Mai. The service is always great, well priced, and great quality!
