I called this place 20 mins before they closed and told them I am on my way and also asked if they have a certain flavor. They lady checked and confirmed they have it available today and that they’ll see me soon. I get there 7 mins before they close and the lady tells me we already closed the machines. I told her that she confirmed she would see me and she said there’s nothing she could do. I went out my way to call and confirm my arrival and they let me down. Very poor customer service.

My friend and I came today at 9:30pm on 9/17/24 and when we walked in literally every single topping was wrapped up and put away. When we looked around the worker just watched and stared while continuing to pack up everything else and we just decided to leave. I’ve never had this happen before so I’m really disappointed and even more disappointed the young woman didn’t seem to care at all. I get wanting to close early but I work in the service industry too and this just is lazy. Probably won’t be coming back again

I asked to sample a flavor. She told me, we don't do that, its never been a problem and everybody else likes what they get. My son ordered and was very pricy, over $10. I went to "GO GET YOGURT" and was able to sample, kind service, great yogurt, and more for less.

I love this place. Their slushees with boba are amazing. They have 22 flavors. I make my husband stop here every time we’re in Santee.

The fam and I tried this place for the first time and we really enjoyed the whole experience. The toppings bar is very well stocked with tons of options. Cashier was very pleasant and nice. Really good customer service. Will be coming back

Penguin has been around for over a decade. Always has a great rotation of frozen yogurt flavors. If froyo isn't the mood, they have a variety of desert drinks (shaved ice, smoothie, milk shake, etc). Pictured is a 5 flavor slushie with sour patch kids❣️🤤🤤🤤
