I recently visited The Pearl , and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The ambiance was serene and welcoming, the facilities were spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

A special mention goes to Lee, my massage therapist, who truly made the experience unforgettable. Lee’s professionalism, skill, and attention to detail were exceptional. They took the time to understand my needs and tailored the massage perfectly, focusing on areas of tension while ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating session. I walked out feeling completely refreshed and stress-free.

I highly recommend Pearl to anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves to top-notch service.

Went today to use my gift certificate that I got for Christmas. Overall, I had a very relaxing experience. The staff are very kind and attentive from the front desk staff, to the lady who did my scrub/massage service (Sarah). I'm not going to rehash everything people have already said about the awesome facility - I loved the clay and salt rooms after my massage, and took advantage of the tea and a snack. One thing I wish is that there was more seating to relax around the sauna area to cool down after doing the hot sauna, but I understand there's not a lot of space to put those. There are a couple couches upstairs to sit down on, but it's a bit far to use between sauna jaunts. It's an amazing value for the price anyway, and I'm looking forward to coming back soon

Feel completely renewed after spending 2.5 hours there (including 30 min scrub and 30 min massage). The masseuse (Suzy) was wonderful. Completely worth the price. Clean and quiet facility. Not as large as some Korean spas in NYC, but wonderful service.

went for the 24k gold treatment and it was great. this spa is so cute, I’m not going to lie, being naked felt very strange to me but they made you feel really comfortable. My skin is baby soft now, the staff was absolutely so amazing even the cleaning ladies were super sweet when I asked them a question. I loved it here and didn’t feel rushed at all. The massage was a little rough and I didn’t enjoy it too much but I would definitely come back for the scrub and amenities 🙂

This place is Amazing 🤩
I am addicted, it is so healing and detoxifying, I make a point to go enjoy the facility and get a scrub a couple times a year.
The whole experience is otherworldly, facility spotless, not overcrowded and the himalayan salt yoga sauna is divine.
Reserve ahead, and get the full treatment with scrub, massage and seaweed wrap, you will thank yourself.
I have extremely sensitive skin, it felt rough, I had to check for bleeding my first time, (the ladies are very gentle and my skin looked new, and undamaged but) it felt raw, that's why you need the seaweed afterwards
However, sadly, I reacted to several of their facial products. They were very kind and upgraded me to the 24K gold when i mentioned it, but sadly I also broke out with that one too. This is not a dealbreaker, I will possibly bring my own mask next time.

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon and what a fun experience! I didn't know what to expect when I came since I haven't gone to that many spas in SF, but super happy with my experience.

Good:
- Super nice staff, they explain everything and even told me how to do a cold plunge properly
- The hot tub and sauna area are really clean, and they have a lot of amenities, like tea, and sanitized hair brushes
- The massage I got was top tier and really was relaxing
- They event gave me a nice face mask at the end

Bad:
- There are multiple floors with different stations so you have to climb a fair bit of stairs
- Pricey but feels more worth than other places in SF.

Overall this place was a relaxing haven and I would come back!

LOVED THIS SPA!!! Enjoyed a spa day with my best friend and this place gives you such a value on what you pay. It is such a gorgeous place. I got the Pearl Special package for $200 and I felt like I came out a completely new person. You do get completely naked which I think should be embraced as part of the treatment. At first you will feel shy and sheepish about it and after 5 minutes you’ll feel so apathetic to it, and realize there is no reason to feel bad about being naked. Anyway this Spa is saved for every time we visit San Francisco now. Thanks for such a wonderful time ladies.

Favorite spa hands down!. I recommend the scrub/massage and always amazed how soft my skin feels when I leave. The hot tub/ cold plunge is perfect for you if your nursing an injury. Love all the extras they provide: snacks, tea, clay and salt rooms, steam sauna and skin and body lotions /creams to use when your done. The ladies working there are always very kind too!
