After patronizing this business since they've opened we will not be back after our last experience. The cashier was not nice and also did not want to relinquish the sample cups for the children to try without knowing whether or not they'd ever had the flavor in their entire life and telling them how much to put into the cup. That was way overboard. And then when we paid it was over $40 and was told oh you could receive this much in rewards if you join our rewards program or whatever right? So I said sure let's do that didn't even know that existed and then she said that she had already made it past that part on the screen and she couldn't go back and that I could not receive the rewards for what we purchased that day. Why would they do that? Why would the cashier not say hey before you guys start just know that we have a rewards program and if you want to get rewards from your purchase today you need to sign up for that before you start making your treat. Simple as that. I even asked if we could try my phone number to make sure that we did not have a rewards already and she also refused to do that and said if I would have set up rewards I would know it. The audacity. The group behind us same thing and that mom was visibly unhappy and even after asking her to just restart because they had not eaten any of theirs the cashier said she wasn't able to do so.

Great place!! Staff was very friendly. I know others have said there are not a lot of froyo options. Well it's more than we had before they got here. There are 8 - 10 options, 2 are dairy free. Me and my wife went tonight for the first time, loved it!! We will be back.

Crazy how some people leave a bad review because they went to a place that's about to close within 10 minutes and probably was less time left until closing you don't do that it's going to take longer than 10 to get in and out just selfishness on your part people want to leave on time when there shift is over don't you!!!!!

I walked my son in to get himself a treat, like a big boy, on his own. The cashier was so helpful to him when he tried paying on his own, he loved the different array of fresh fruit and bobas to choose from. The choices of froyo flavors were great, waffle cones were covered in their own separate box. Everything was sanitary. Definitely coming back! P.s. Bring back that cappuccino Gelato! ?

I was so excited to try this place! My little girl can't have dairy so it's always great when we find options that let's her enjoy things too. I told her and my son that after we finished dinner I'd take them. Dinner ran a little behind, but I checked the time and we had 10 mins to spare (we don't live far at all). While pulling up I see a worker walk toward the door, I checked the time again and it was still a few minutes before 7pm, just enough time to get a few scoops and head home. Needless to say, she locked the door and as I approached walked to the back with another employee, still in eye view. She purposely avoided eye contact and as I got back in the car (My husband dropped me off at the door) the two employees began looking toward the door and laughing. My 3 year old began crying because she was looking forward to "ice cream". If you close at 7pm, CLOSE AT 7PM. Not 6:55pm. I just thought the whole thing was rude. At minimum she could've come to the door to address me. I hope this isn't the service to be expected in the future. Very dissapointing.

Yogurt is delicious! Nice ladies working there. I'd like to see baked goods offered as toppings, such as cheesecake & brownie like at other places. Super good will go back

Great little frozen yogurt shop with lots of toppings to choose from and super clean!! Smells so fresh and clean inside! Highly recommend!
