The first layer of nails had an occasional speck of glitter which they tried to cover with a second coat of polish. I was told that occasionally there are bubbles that happen and that was what I was seeing. The clear polish didn’t fix it. They tried another coat of the clear and I ended up with uneven and heavy polish. The owner tried to make it right. She took time to take off the deep red polish on my fingers around the nails that had been left by the first beautician. I left with areas of no polish next to the cuticles. I spent an hour and a half trying to get a basic manicure. The counters needed cleaning and they reused towels that were visibly dirty. I appreciate the owner trying to make it right. The first beautician left the shop when she saw I was not happy. I had to flag someone else down for help after sitting for twenty minutes.

This is my 2nd time coming . This time I had my face waxed and a pedicure. This beautiful staff did an amazing job as always compared to other places. They really care about what they do and they truly know how to take care of their guests. Awesome customer service for sure .🤗❤️ Thank you for all you do ! See you next time for sure

I loved the atmosphere! They care about customer service that they even give their customers a free cold water bottle. My nail tech was very sweet and took time on my nails. She did however, leave ridges on my nails, but overall she did great!

I honestly really did enjoy this place.
The man that did my pedicure was really nice and gentle and he did a really throw job.

My only thing is that the people need to not speak Vietnamese in front of customers. I think that’s one thing that turns a lot of people off.
I am Vietnamese myself so I understand what they’re saying, but if you don’t, then, of course you’re gonna be, worried about what they’re saying.
