Gel pedicure was fine, pretty reasonable price too. The gel manicure however was not good. They used a solution to get my previous gel off which can burn if it gets on your skin. When it’s left on for a while, it causes the edges of your nails to curve into your skin which can become painful if left on for a long time. The lady that did my nails left this solution on for a while and when she finally started scraping the gel off, she was aggressively scraping toward my cuticles which was painful. She also didn’t take all the gel off. The next guy who came to finish my manicure finally took it all off and was more meticulous. I thought the gel polish was done well, but when I looked more closely I noticed he filed off a chunk of the sides of my nails. I asked for a sharper almond, but when I’ve filed my own nails at home, I’ve never needed to file off that much of my nail to achieve the right shape. Overall, pretty disappointed with the gel manicure and I’m definitely sticking to doing it at home bc I can do a better job. I would give this place a 3.5 if I could.

my past experiences with this salon is good but, this one person called Helen is not good at doing nails. after getting nails done by her, everything was perfectly fine, until a week later. my nails started cracking. I thought to myself that wasn’t a big deal and called them to fix my broken nail. but then, ANOTHER nail on my thumb started cracking, i called them again, and they were acting all clueless like they didn’t know anything. would recommend other nail techs instead.

It's only my 2nd time here but I really like what I've gotten so far. My bridal girls also joined me for their Mani and pedi and everyone's nails look beautiful. My gel-x are 17 days old and they still look good.

1/29/2024 update: gel-x nails were still cute after 4wks and 3 days- no lift. But had to get them removed today bc they are growing out and it will be too long for work.

I had made an appointment to see my nail specialist at a certain time, yet I had yo wait 55 minutes to get my nails done. This is with previously made appointment. Today is the second time those has happened to me. If I did not have to leave town tomorrow, I wouldn't have stayed. No matter you make an appointment or not they make you wait for almost an hour. Not very professional!

If you’re looking for a nail technician who is very friendly, pays close attention to detail and is VERY patient then Lina is your girl. I highly recommend scheduling a mani or pedi appointment with her. She works part time but is such a treat to receive services from.
