Came in for a pedicure after only going here maybe a handful of times when it first opened years ago. I normally would've gone to my regular place down the road but they were closed for 4th of July week. I should've just waited until they were back open.

1. The prices are about $6 more for a signature pedi here. I take it that's because they offer complimentary drinks here, but as a recovering alcoholic, that's actually the best part of my place being cheaper and not having booze floating around everywhere to entice me.

2. The pedi said online it lasted 55 mins. Tiffany began at 9:46 and ended at 10:22. Correct me if I'm wrong but the math ain't mathin' on that one.

3. I had a majorly ingrown right big toenail and one of the reasons I came was to have someone remove it professionally. It wasn't even touched. My cuticles, however, were cut back so closely that a couple bled and she had to clot them.

4. Be advised that if you ask for "anyone," you may get students and apprentices. Pic for confirmation. I take it Tiffany was one of those since I got an appt for Saturday at about 5PM on a Friday.

5. The music was all modern-day top 40 type hits. For an older woman like me, I could care less to listen to Miley Cyrus, TikTok junk, and Taylor Swift for a (half) hour straight.

6. The salon was 81 degs inside. Despite several customers complaining about the heat, they didn't even drop down the temp until I was done drying my toes.

7. Speaking of which, I intended to leave immediately after my pedi, but the woman couldn't put on my sandals that my normal nail tech puts on my feet afterward and didn't grasp that I was trying to leave and didn't need the toe separators. I ended up just sitting and wasting another 20 mins drying instead.

8. I must've been asked 4x if I was getting a manicure. If I say "no" the first time, that I'm just there for a pedi, leave well enough alone.

In the future, I'll just not be hasty and will wait for my place to open back up where I won't spend an arm and a leg for a less than stellar experience. The 2 stars is basically just for the massage chair.

Even that was a bust, because (unlike the one at my place), you can't add time to the auto timer. You have to wait until it ends, power it on again, and reset your settings all over again. Nope. Nah, I'm good. I won't need a rewards card, but thanks anyway.

Han Lee did an exceptional job on my SNS French tips! Any style I show her she brings to life! It’s a great atmosphere in the salon as well. There aren’t in harsh chemical smells like regular salons! I definitely recommend this place!

My first visit. I booked a gel pedicure and a gel polish removal for my fingernails online. I picked my preferred nail technician (andy) and appointment time. I showed up 5 minutes early. I guess my nail technician was unavailable or maybe not there at all, I don't know them and nobody told me anything but it was obvious the person doing my nails was not whom I requested.
I was in that salon for almost THREE HOURS! She (jasmine) worked so slowly it was unbelievable. And the job wasn't even good! My friend had an appointment for a manicure in the midst of my appointments. She came and went, along with every other person in that salon while I was there. Jasmine was particularly terrible at removing the polish from my nails and scraped the polish off so hard my nails were sore for two days afterwards. I get pedicures all the time and I've never had one take two hours. They completely disregarded my time and my schedule for the rest of the day. There were so many technicians walking around with nothing to do. One could've easily come over and removed my finger nail polish while I was receiving the longest and worst pedicure ever. Nobody said a word to me. When shaping my fingernails she did asked how I wanted them. I asked for squared, she gave me oval. If you're going to ask...listen and give me what I asked for!
I promised my friend I would go back once more with her because this is her favorite salon. And her nails looked great! Her technician listened and does excellent work. I'll give them another try but absolutely no way I'll see jasmine again!

I usually request Joan for service but she was not available today. I received services from Sok and she was absolutely fabulous. She took her time and paid attention to detail. I'm not easily pleased with my nails but she did an amazing job. I will return.

They did so well! My daughter is autistic and this was her first pedicure. They were so kind and helpful. My daughter saw Tiffany and Kim for her pedicure and manicure. I saw Andy for my pedicure. Lots of attention to detail and they did a great job!

I got a set of dipped nails and a pedicure at Organic Nail Lounge. They don’t believe in using strong chemical which aren’t good to breathe and are not good for your nails, so they do not do acrylic nails but have a variety of alternatives including dipped and gel. I chose dipped on my hands and regular polish on my toes. I didn’t post a pic of my hands bc my nails are very short right now, but I will next time. Really great service.

Linh is great! This is the fourth time in a row I’ve had her and she’s done an amazing job each time! My nails will easily last 3 weeks when she does them!

Great atmosphere, all the staff are very friendly and it’s always very clean!!
