I had an amazing experience at Orchid Nail Salon today! Kim made my feet look amazing! My feet take a beating when I’m training on the trails. This is my first pedicure since the Pandemic so it’s been a minute.
When you book your appointment that hour is yours. There is no one else ahead of you. So you arrive on time and Kim and the other nail technicians will take good care of you.

THEY SOMEHOW DELETED MY REVIEW— beware!

So this was my first time coming here. I really wanted to love this place a lot. But look at my nails. For one it took 2.5 hours to do my nails. All I wanted was stiletto nails. It’s been 3 days and look at my nails! My gems came off the next day. The nails are peeling off of the gel and my nails are chipped! I had Kim and I spent $100 on these nails including tip.

These people delete negative reviews and are extremely defensive and hateful when someone writes negative reviews. DO NOT COME HERE!! They deleted my review instead of offering a refund or offering to fix it at all.

These girls are the hardest working team in this field/profession, but it's not just their skill sets alone. They bend over backwards for clients. I have witnessed them in difficult situations that clearly were not by their doing, and yet Louis, Kim, and/or Sara are always willing to listen and find solutions.

These are just a few pictures of my nails done by Kim! I love the service Orchid provides. I’ve never had issues. Kim has been my nail tech since day one and I’ve watched the other nail tech beside her, they’re all professional and high quality. Kim takes her time and ensures you’re happy with your set. I will never stop coming here! 100% recommend! I’m shook at the reviews as well because this place has been by far the best place I’ve gone in such a long time! I’ve been coming here for half a year now.

Louie and her team are incredible. I have been to A LOT of nail salon. Louie may be the best and most talented person to ever do my nails. She is great! I even let a time nail (see photos) and she made me a fake one (also see photos), and you couldn't even tell! She's very talented.

Got a gel pedicure and basic manicure done here. It was my first time at this place. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time, but there was nobody at the reception. I kept looking for help and couldn't catch anybody's attention for a while. After that I was directed to a lounging chair to soak my feet. This went on for a good 25 minutes! It was just plain water, not with fragrance salts or anything. My feet got cold and wrinkly, when finally someone came to get started on the pedicure. The service itself was good and the staff worked sincerely and knows her craft, but mostly there is no welcoming or pleasant vibe unless you actually know them. The tools used appeared dirty and the service personnel's nails did not look like they were neatly maintained. When you go in for that very service it doesn't give a good feeling. The white lights were also very harsh and no drink, etc. was offered. Overall it was hard to relax and unwind.
