I got the Glo2Facial with Jillian and absolutely obsessed with the outcome! My face looks so plump, hydrated, and rejuvenated after the facial. Now that it got colder, my skin has been dry. Overall experience was amazing! Sometimes getting something done on your face can be a bit nerve-racking, but Jillian was very gentle, thorough and would give me a heads up when something was going to be cold or warm so I wasn't surprised.

I love their location, plenty of parking, next to Wholefoods which is super convenient. The room and bed I was in was very comfortable and relaxing. They have a heated pad, blankets, knee pillow, refreshments.

All the staff are always so nice and welcoming every time I go in! The store manager Vanessa is so informative with all the promos they have going on. Everybody's skin there is SO flawless! They have so many services to choose from too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The location is okay. They rarely answer the phones. Theres an answering service down south. Everyone I referred (which were alot of people) had good experiences. However, since Stacy the previous manager left, and they hired a new manager, Vanessa, the energy of Santa Clara location has changed to something very unauthentic to the Twist girl culture that I've become fond of over the years. They are usually super beautiful inside & out, empathetic, kind, courteous, and always polite. The vibe was always on point before. But their new manager Vanessa is catty and kind of a mean girl who gossips as soon as you leave the room. The lobby was always full like a quality spa should be, but now seems dead and the lounge is like a ghost town with the manager often hiding out in the room instead of catering to clients in a reassuring way. You have to pry about any promotional offerings as she doesn't talk much to the clients, which leaves a feeling of unease.

More on a particular interaction with Vanessa the manager which made me feel uncomfortable being a patient or referring others: I told Vanessa something in confidence over the phone, who reassured me it would stay between us, because I really love the nurses but wanted to share my friend who I was referring experience so we could come get more procedures together, and my friend asked if I could help her get a second opinion. However when I showed up, Vanessa called me out in front of everyone in the waiting room and in front of the nurses who i had spent years working with and building rapport. The experience left me feeling mortified and alienated. I felt the need to defend and explain myself but she just dismissed me. So then I tried to lighten the mood with a compliment of her hair, and she asked me (in front of everyone) if I was trying to suck up. It was awful and I was repulsed.

As an executive, I always carry myself with respect, inclusivity, and kindness. I was perplexed by her very insecure and unskilled nature.

Sadly, I will not be seeing my injectors again, because I don't work with people under poor management, that is not the woman who fixes crowns in silence vibe or the girls girl energy I exude, applaud. As such I have distanced myself from the toxicity and unprofessionalism. I have high expectations for my privacy, and my network. I always go where the female, healthy leadership is strong.

Treat yourself to the best of energies ladies, you work hard for your money, physical goals and personal time, invest wisely, you DESERVE THE BEST!

OrangeTwist Santa Clara is AMAZING! I grabbed an amazing deal on laser hair removal. I had always wanted to have it done, but did not realize how affordable it was! I was nervous at my first appointment, but the front desk team and incredible manager Vanessa assured me about the process. My esthetician, Erin, has been outstanding at each appointment. She checks in with me before the appointment to make sure I am happy with my results and always explains clearly what she is going to do.

On one occasion I had to bring my son with my to the appointment and he waited in the lobby. The front desk staff were so sweet to him and gave him a box juice and snacks and when my appointment was done (it was only about 5 minutes) he did not want to leave! It is a very calming and welcoming environment. I could tell all the staff love working there under Vanessa's leadership.

I highly recommend!

Shout out to OrangeTwist for providing me first class service at their Santa Clara location. I was very hesitant to get lip fillers. However, from my initial consultation with staff member Vanessa. She personally talked me through the process, reassuring me I was going to be in good hand. So I made the appointment. Nurse Darlene conducted my fillers. She was kind and gentle to me. She made sure to go at my pace (I was so nervous). After the procedure, the staff members provided me reassurance that my lips were gonna come out fabulous. And boy did they! From the moment I got home, my husband could not stop complementing me. I highly recommend OrangeTwist without the slightest reservation. My service and end result I could not be happier. I had my first experience at OrangeTwist Santa Clara and I waited to write a review until I had several visits. Initially and continually, the team at OrangeTwist has exceeded my expectations. They are always welcoming and bubbly as soon as I walk in. Darlene is gentle and will let you know what is needed and not needed. I respect that approach. Vanessa is the clinic manager and our interactions are always pleasant and professional. She really goes above and beyond to make sure all the guests are taken care of. The front desk also incentivizes you for rebooking your next appointment by entering you into the monthly skin care raffle. I love it there and am confident you will too. Highly recommend!

New to aesthetic treatments, I was in search of a local place that was affordable and had a good reputation. I found orangetwist on the recommendations of a couple of friends, and they did not disappoint. The front office staff was friendly, and I was given a tour of the clinic since it was my first time. It was warm and friendly, and my results exceeded expectations. Thank you to nurse Darlene for a great service and Vanessa for making me feel so comfortable from the beginning. The membership plan is a no-brainer since you save money! 10/10 definitely recommended!

Orange twist is amazing, I’ve gone to many different medical spas before, such as Laser Away and Ideal image and I will say Orange Twist is just a league on its own. From the staff to the facility. They make you feel comfortable and taken care of. The manager Vanessa was really accommodating and gave a lot good input. I have made Orange Twist the place where I treat myself. Highly recommend!

I love this treatment shop. Vanessa and her staff are all so friendly and helpful. Buying the HydraFacial Deluxe package was the best decision. My skin feels amazing after every facial for weeks. Anna always makes me feel so comfortable and takes good care of me. She's the best!
