I’ve been coming here for a few years and this is definitely my go to salon for Gel X and Pedicures. Tyn the owner does an amazing job on my nails and is very meticulous and detailed with his work! I always love getting designs on my set, and he makes sure i’m satisfied with what i ask for. Their pedicures offer unique service packages and are super relaxing, I haven’t found any other place quite like them! I got a Gel X Halloween set for October last month and i adored them! Got so many compliments on them as well!

I absolutely loved my visit today! Staff was so friendly and took their time with my gel manicure. I also appreciate that they took the time to remove my dip powder. Would definitely come back for future manicures!!

The owner is SO NICE!! He is such a sweet person. The salon have nice specials which include added foot waxes, massages, and specialty alcoholic drinks. BUT, this doesn’t matter as much as workmanship.
Tools are reused for multiple clients. The person doing my pedicure searched for additional tools from the “soiled” container. WHY DO NAIL SALONS DO THIS?! I wish I wasn’t trying to be nice and I just told them I only want new instruments. But I honestly should have to ask.

As you can see in the photos: one toe was cut by the nail tech while using a drill on my acrylic. REMEMBER THAT THEY REUSE THEIR FILES/TOOLS AND I WAS BLEEDING. My nail tech also took her glove off and saved it for the next client (I watched her put it back on later).

The other toenail has an overflow of acrylic which I can’t pick off without lifting the entire nail.

I never had acrylic toenails before but I had a broken toenail and the nail tech did not ask my preference but instead ROUNDED my big toenails. I wanted French tips and they knew that so….rounded toenails we’re not going to work.

Furthermore, the other nail tech did not comprehend a “narrow and straight” finger nail and she also rounded my finger nails. So much so, that after the owner showed her what I wanted, she still continued to round them and he had to take over for her. I had been growing my nails out for gel polish but they had to become significantly shorter to makeup for the shape adjustment. (I came in with narrow-squared nails and she was only supposed to sharpen them up) so this was especially frustrating. The French tips on my nails are uneven, but I honestly just wanted to get out of there.

I’m super bummed because my hygienic concerns were reinforced 😓 I paid $100 plus $20 tip. I only tipped because I feel guilty not tipping.

Worst service ever, the nail specialist next to me was using tools that had been used with previous client, they reused gloves and rushed through my service, all because they had their appointment customers where showing up. Don’t take extra customers if you have people showing up soon. I rather you had turned me away than give me a crappy service.
Is not fare and I paid the same amount of the other customers who had appointments. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Run, run, run, away because you might end up with fungus.

Chance did a fabulous job on my nails. A picture inspiration was provided and Chance nailed it! I been to other places but this place always exceeds my expectations. The workers and salon environment is so welcoming! I am going to keep returning to get pampered at Onyx Nail Lounge.

I have to say I was pretty damn impressed with the service. Treated my baby girl for her birthday and staff here were awesome.....very attentive. I got the detox pedicure and my feet/toes/legs left looking and feeling fabulous!

I love this nail salon! Not only are the prices great, but the staff there are amazingly kind and efficient. I loved how simple and beautiful my nails turned out. They were exactly what I requested. It’s best to make an appointment as they seem quite busy due to their popularity. Drinks are offered along with a chair massage when getting a pedicure. If anyone looking for a nail salon, this place is worth the drive and time.
