My nails are uneven, he got glue and dip all over my fingers and rushed through. It literally took him less than 30 mins which would’ve been great had he not messed up my nails. The only reason I’m giving them a 2 is bc he was very nice and the facility was clean. See pics below…and this is after I’ve already cleaned out gunned up rip from under my nail and he already took off some of the glue himself.

Hung did an amazing job on my no chip mani and alpha pedicure. Jackie welcomed me and was very courteous! This establishment is beautiful inside ?. I love the cleanliness and style of this place! The nail bar was my fave. Felt like "happy hour"! Check out the pics.

I'm here visiting out of state and decided to pass the time with getting a pedicure and fill in. I was greeted at the door. I had one amazing pedicure. She took so much time on my feet and legs. It was truly an experience. I had another person to do my nails and I can clearly tell that they all care about the health of your nails and making sure you get the best experience. I wish I lived here because this place would definitely be my place for manicures and pedicures. Also, as my time ended and I was paying, it started raining. I told them I walked from the hotel around the corner and one of the ladies offered me an umbrella. If that's not top notch customer service, I don't know what is!

I was traveling & this shop was minutes away from the hotel. The reviews were mixed, but I needed a simple polish change.
The shop is very nice. Upon entering no other customer was there @3pm on a Wednesday. One guy was stretched out relaxing & the other lady was in the massage chair. He quickly assisted me.

The lady who did my toes was dry (attitude wise). I didn’t expect to be bffs, but don’t make me feel like I’m not in the right place. I was a bit taken by that behavior. I gave the entire experience a 3 star, because she did a good job on my feet. I even left a tip. Her attitude was not very welcoming however. Maybe I walked in on the wrong day
It’s a nice shop, & if I ever come back I hope to be made to feel welcome especially when I am spending money.

I'm from out of state and had a day to explore close to my hotel. This was my second visit to this nail salon, and I highly recommend it. Friendly staff, efficient with time, and prices were appropriate. I will visit again!!

The service and attention to detail is phenomenal here! The business recently lost a beloved family member. They had to attend funeral arrangements on a Sunday and still refused to let their customers down by closing. This is a special place where they serve others when it is most convenient for their customers. I won’t be getting my nails done anywhere else. May God bless them abundantly!

Not Worth the $80 Price-tag!

This is the first time I am using this nail salon. I was the second client on Sunday July 2nd. The gentleman who opened the shop at 11:30AM was the only person there. The other nail techs were late by 20 minutes. He had to call them to inquire about their whereabouts and that clients were waiting. I let him know that I needed to leave around 1PM. I requested a basic pedicure and a gel manicure. He said that shouldn’t be a problem, super nice!

My service started at 11:55AM and ended at 12:30PM, for a basic pedicure and gel manicure. How is this even possible in 35 minutes? Let me share!

My nail tech was Cathy. The entire service was rushed. Both pedicure and gel manicure was incomplete in terms of cleanliness, proper nail shaping, and uneven color application. Each lasted about 15 minutes each. I did not get a massage for my pedicure. She simply rubbed a ton of lotion on both legs for ONE minute. Then she got a warm towel to quickly and roughly wipe everything off. It was so rough that I requested her not to rub my hands/arms. She went to get my nail color and presented with a color that I did not request. Cathy absolutely insisted that it was, it’s similar, and that it’ll be okay. I told her it was not and to check again because the shade was completely off. She went to go grab the book from another client. She literally snatched the book from her and showed me what she picked out of frustration. Cathy realized that she was wrong, she did look at the wrong number but did not offer any apology for her rude behavior. At this point, I’m in complete awe and remained quiet. She didn’t apply the nail polish to the back of my nails on 3 fingernails and the majority don’t look smooth. Just a completely rushed job.

I was charged $35 for the basic pedicure and $45 for the gel manicure. Not only do my fingernails and toes look incomplete, I did not receive a massage for the pedicure nor manicure but was charged for the entire amount. I did not leave gratuity as this was a terrible experience and rude customer service. Mind you, I was 100% courteous and nice the entire time! I was in so much disbelieve of how rude Cathy was. This was absolutely unacceptable!
