Great frozen yogurt shop to get a treat and hang out with friends. Caution, the price is by weight, not cup, so the more you load up, the more you pay. Great selection of yogurt and toppings, comfortable and clean dining area, and nice outdoor seating too. We'll be back!

I came here with my mom...boy was the place clean. The worker was constantly wiping down everything. It smelled very sterile.

You cannot sample right now because of covid. I chose according to what I usually like. They have about 12 different flavors and they change.

Today they had plain...pomegranate...birthday cake...strawberry cheesecake...butter pecan...mango...strawberry...vanilla...chocolate..peach mango...vanilla sorbet and other flavors.

They have many toppings and syrup to put on your yogurt...

Anything from berries to boba...nuts...candy...marshmallow...caramel syrup...hot fudge...peanut butter.

It was pretty expensive...for 2 small yogurts...not even all the way full with toppings..I had 2 blackberries...like 2 tablespoons of the small pearl boba...and a couple reeses cups...and my mom only put nuts...just these 2 cost over $14.00. I would not pay that again...I can buy 3 quarts of ice cream for that much...

The flavor of the yogurt was really good. I really loved the birthday cake the most.

Overall...we enjoyed it so much...the price was just wayyyy to much.

Getting yogurt shouldn’t take 35 minutes and $17.25 for two servings.

As we arrived in the car already, we ordered online as directed. I called as directed to let them know that I was ready to pick up the moment it was ready. I was told that it would take 10-15 minutes to bring out. 25 minutes later, with no one outside parked to pickup their order for the last 15 minutes, I called. They had no idea that I was outside waiting. So, they went to get my order of one medium yogurt and one small yogurt.

I paid 75¢ for each of the three toppings. The mango boba was fine. But, C’mon! ONE brownie bite for 75¢? 5 cheesecake bites for 75¢?

Until they re-open fully, where I can serve myself, I will NOT be going back!

Sadly Nuyo has just gotten worse year after year. The staff are always underwhelming and not welcoming to families and especially kids. Most sit on their phones and aren’t helpful. The worst part are the random TVs playing music videos from who knows when. My children were elitism horrified because of some of the weird music videos playing while we were there tonight. Why do we need to watch a video of blood oozing out of someone’s mouth while we’re trying to enjoy our yogurt? The Yogurt is okay..

My husband and I frequently visit this place about once every 10 days. We would often notice people walking in with dogs on leash or in arms with there owners who would buy there yogurt and often go eat outside or take there yogurt to go. Never once did we hear any employee ever ask any of those customers if there dog was a service dog or question the entrance of a dog into the building. Which lead me to believe that doing that was okay. On Tuesday 2/20/2024 we went around 9pm and decided to take out goldendoodle. Our plans were to do as what we have seen other people do, go in with there dogs get yogurt and eat outside. The moment we open the door to walk inside a female employee with very short curly hair immediately asked if our dog was a service dog, if it wasn't he could not come in. I was respectful and went back outside and my husband grabbed out yogurts. While we were eating our yogurts we noticed another couple walk in with a little puppy, and they were enjoying there yogurt inside with the puppy on the guys lap and the puppy's paws on the table.There was a group of guys that had walked in around the same time as the couple with the puppy, they came outside to eat there yogurt and I asked them if the employee had asked the couple if there dog was a service dog, the guys said no. We felt really discriminated as to why we were being questioned. As to why right in our faces she lets another dog in with no questions asked. Do you have a pet policy? or do you guys pick and choose who to apply it to. Did she apply it to us because of our race? It's really unprofessional for a business to do this. And if in fact that is your pet policy why do just about everyone gets to slide by it, as I said I have seen people walk in and out with there dogs and no questions asked. This is clear discrimination.

Great food, terrible service. If you like over paying to wait in line for creative an tasty treats, this is the place for you! Seriously, you would have a hard time replicating this kind of experience at home, but here would be some key ingredients for that experience to happen:
1. Hire moody, slow, and less than helpful staff
2. Find good, fresh ingredients, have many people you don't know touch most of them, then put them back in the original package looking as close to un touched as possible
3. Burn a $20 bill while eating

...or maybe pass on this place and do literally anything else for dessert, your call.
