This is my first ever review but this place and people deserve it! It was my first time going to Nirvana nails and spa which was very last minute but I’m glad I decided to go. I had issues with who did my nails before at another nail spa and was seeking HELP. Luckily I found Lex and she did such a WONDERFUL job on my nails! I love my nails long and she did them perfectly! She was also really nice to talk too. All the other staff seemed friendly as well. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you all!

I LOVE this nail salon. I’ve gone for every major event I’ve had. Birthday nails, graduation nails, engagement nails, etc. They’ve blown me away every single time. I mainly want to applaud them for something that happened today. I got my nails done for my 21st birthday 2 weeks ago, and today one of my nails snapped in half unexpectedly. I texted Andy letting him know what happened and without hesitation he told me to come in and that he would fix it with no charge. When I came in, he got me done quick, but also cleaned up the rest of my nails too! They really care about customer service! So thankful for Andy and for his unexpected kindness to my situation.

Horrible. Paid $60 for top pedicure - my feet are rough, nails weren’t filed, and polish is horrible. Paid the extra for the detox soaking and my feet were barely soaked. Tech was ripping my dry cuticles rather than trimming soft soaked ones. Do not recommend.

I went to see Payton and I left obsessed with my nails!! She fixed two nails, that I broke before the service, so that all my nails were the same length. We talked about the color and she and the other techs in the salon helped me pick it out. So excited to go back!

First off the only reason I went to this place is because i met one of their nail techs at my business, she bought something from me so I thought I should get a service from her as well, Annika wasn’t there. They had a girl who barely knew what she was doing, i came in at 3:15 i didn’t leave til the store was already closed, so past 3 hours for just a full set with gel polish. They were also rude. I’m assuming the guy was the owner, he was rude. Blaming me cuz the girl who did my nails doesn’t know english well so i needed to explain better what i wanted. I got white french tips, which aren’t a new style, they’ve been around for years! And then he was rude to one of his employees telling them to hurry up! to go do another girls feet while she was working a girls hands. completely unprofessional and their salon looks like something from 2002. I still tipped even tho the girl had to redo some of my fingers and made me bleed!

Always friendly, always great service and very professional. I’ve brought my girls here for years to do special nail treatments and polishes and they were always happy. I’ve had Many pedicures here and it’s fabulous.

I don’t normally post one star reviews, however, before getting my nails done I heard a man who was working behind the counter gossiping with a teenager about a woman who was waiting to get her nails done. Very disappointing and disrespectful. I needed to get my nails done for an event the next day so I didn’t say anything but that set a precedent for how I felt about this establishment due to the inappropriate nature of his behavior. My fiancé got the Nirvana message. He enjoyed the message but the girl who did his pedicure cut his toenails extremely short and he bleed on a few of his toes. We decided to be gracious and give a 20% tip regardless of both of our disappointments, which was roughly $130. Not bad since you will spend that easily on a decent meal or twice that on a full body message. The owner was extremely nice and my nails looked amazing, but between his painful experience with the toenails and my discomfort after hearing rude remarks in relation to clients prior to my appointment, we will not be returning.
