The young lady who served me was very nice up until I told her I was interested in buying a single sleeve of capsules. The message I received was that if you aren't planning on spending hundreds of dollars, don't even walk in here. No more Nespresso for me ever again, she caused the company to forever lose a customer as I'm 40 and no longer have the patience with bad service I once had.

I really enjoy the Nespresso pods, after a couple of years of debating whether we should get one or not, we pulled the trigger about two months ago. We were not disappointed, it makes an awesome cup of coffee or espresso. The problem is, I went into the store the other day to buy pods, there’s one person at the counter on the other end of me with no one behind it to serve people. I proceeded to grab a menu to check out what they have because I’m new at this, and didn’t want to be confronted by anybody. I grabbed the menu and turned it slightly in my direction, a young Asian man with glasses came up and asked me if I needed help and proceeded to take the menu and straighten it out. I looked at him and said no thank you, I’m ok for now, I’m just checking out the menu. He walked away, I turned the menu back in my direction and started reading it again and he came back up to me about two minutes later and straightened the menu again and asked me if I needed help. At this time, I became extremely frustrated and asked him if he was OCD because I’m not ready and stop touching my menu. He said I should be standing straight in front of the counter and not off to the side. Remember, only one other customer was in there. At that point I was not professional at all, made a rude gesture and left the store. Not sure what kind of kids these people are hiring, but leave the customer alone if they’re reading a menu and not ready. Doesn’t matter where I’m standing if I’m not impeding business for them. I would’ve spent a couple hundred dollars in there at the most on pods. Bad service!

Went here Wednesday yesterday by chance and it started off very well, even getting a demonstration of a better version of the machine we were looking at. However, as soon as we started the process of buying it all started to downhill, we were told from the start it was in stock, otherwise probably wouldn't have looked at it, turns out it wasn't. So we waited about 15 minutes to see if they could get one from somewhere else. Never got it, ended up ordering it online. Process for buying it somehow took a very long time, all in all somehow took almost an hour from the time we walked in to buy this machine. I was also told they did military discount and even asked to confirm it was added to the total before paying(it was not). No itemized receipt either I only know this because I checked on my account online when I got home because I had a feeling. Not sure why but somehow the mailing address didn't have our apt number either; even though we gave the informaion, so now our package is going to sit outside instead of inside our apartment buildings mail boxes. Workers were nice but way too many mistakes and waste of my time I wish I had ordered it online.

I don’t understand what happened to this store. I bought my first nespresso here four years ago. I went in yesterday to return some pods and the manager could not figure out how to process the return ended up waiting for 20 mins for another manager to come in. I mentioned towards the end of the interaction that I was looking to purchase a new machine. No one offered to help, or offered to help me decide. I was so confused because isn’t their jobs to upsell and here I am saying I’m trying to spend money? Anyways I ended up buying it online cus what awful service. Will be solely using the online store or the fashion valley location which always has great service

Unfortunately I have had similar experiences to the other people leaving reviews. I have visited in store 3 separate times and was met with terrible customer service each time. Any time I tried to sample a pod before purchasing the employees made it seem like an extreme inconvenience or told me they weren’t doing samples that day. When you are spending that much money on coffee pods and machines I would hope to have friendly interactions in store. The employees make it very clear they are inconvenienced by your questions and don’t express any interest in providing product knowledge. I even had an employee be very standoffish to me and then proceed to try to sell me a $600 machine when I only came in for pods and told her than I purchased one of their machines within the last few months. This store makes you feel like you are in a designer store and the workers don’t think you can afford to shop there. Unfortunately I will have to do my shopping online and not try any new pods as it’s not worth the time and energy of driving over and finding parking to be treated like an inconvenience.

They have a new system where you have to sign in when you enter to make a purchase. Unfortunately you figure it out yourself because there is no sign an nobody tells you. I was thinking I was standing in line for 15 minutes, then I signed in, si I had to stay there longer. It also seems they can prioritize if they want to. A guy that signed in about 5 minutes after me was called out first.
I am NEVER returning to this store.

As other reviewers have said, the customer service here is quite poor. Today the store wasn’t even open for about 90 minutes, in the middle of the day, during posted business hours. Once they opened, the employees acted as if they were doing the customers (who had been waiting outside) a great favor by selling coffee to them.
