I'm a new client at Natalie's so I don't have much history with this salon however I've been treated amazing here. I had one tiny issue that was resolved absolutely ? so quick and to perfection. Definitely recommend. I think of you're someone picky like me you will find this place had plenty of staff to choose from. If you don't like someone you can tell them right away they will for sure accommodate you. I also went there for hair cuts for both my 11 yo son and myself and have recommended both our stylists to friends. Look at these gorgeous nails from today ⬇️

Wonderful salon! Great atmosphere and fair prices. Christina did my pedicure which turned out lovely. I believe Natalie did my nails she helped my pick a good color for my skin tone and she was so patient with my requests for shape changes. Also it seemed like she knew everyone’s name who walked in there which is a testament to their service. If I lived nearby I would come back again!

The salon is beautiful. My experience was not. I was escorted through the salon and led to the back to a tacky , dirty and unfinished room. My view was the wall. It was a bait and switch. It was like going through a beautiful home and then taken to the garage where they did my acrylic fill-in. I felt like Cinderella’s step sister.

I came to Natalie's salon to get my nails done for my wedding last week. Prior to coming, I called and scheduled an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. I was told to come into the shop with 15min from when I called, which I assumed was when someone would be available to do my nails. When I got there the owner of the store was at the front desk handling customers, I told her I had an appointment I'll be doing my nails for my wedding, and I showed her a picture of how I want my nails done. She looked at me and said, "we don't have time for that," indicating that they would not do my nails the way I want it. She told me, "we only have time to do a quick gel on your nails." I was frozen in shock by how RUDE, DISREGARDING, and DISRESPECTFUL her demeanor and comments were especially since I mentioned the nails would be for my wedding and coming from the OWNER of the store. I told her I wouldn't want someone doing a sloppy rushed job on my nails for my wedding, and since they don't have time for my business, I'll just go somewhere else. I have been to this nail salon before and had an excellent experience, but after the treatment I received coming to do my nails for a special occasion in my life, I will NEVER return back to Natalie salon. It was completely unacceptable, shame on the manager if she thought that was an appropriate way to communicate with a customer!

I love Natalie Salon, Over the years the owners have remembered my preferences. One, they always let me sit and soak my feet and use the wonderful chair massage for about ten to fifteen minutes to relax before they start. Like I said this is my preference and they remember each time. The pedicures are wonderful and last a long time. I would recommend this place!

Natalie's is consistently good in their treatments with friendly, fast staff. They always fit me in and charge very reasonably. Salon is large, clean and nicely decorated. Love chatting it up with the ladies while they're doing a lovely job on my nails. Will keep going back!
