Where do I begin? I usually do dip manicure not gel. I came here as a last minute option because I desperately needed a manicure and was in the area. The first time I went, I was helped by a woman named Mimi, who was good in the sense that the outcome was nice, but the techniques used were not the best. It’s not the cleanest place, the music is horrible the service is not great but whatever she did good so I decided to go back. I called scheduled an appointment and thought it was interesting when they said sure come in tomorrow at 3:30 without asking for my name or my phone number. Anyway, show up the next day at 3:30. Mimi is not there. There’s a full house so I end up waiting and they asked me if I want to be helped by a guy named nick. The vibe wasn’t there I didn’t really want to be helped by him but at the same time I didn’t want to keep waiting and thought the first lady did fine, maybe he’ll be good. He sits me down dips my hands in an acetone bath. Yes! They don’t dip the cotton in acetone and then wrap your finger in aluminum foil. They literally put your hand in what looks like a soap bath, but it’s actually nothing but acetone. So my cuticles and fingers were beyond dry , when he finally started the actual manicure. While my hands are in this acetone bath, he literally goes outside and smokes and then comes back inside. Mind you I’m pregnant, so the smell was killing me. This guy did a tragic job. I asked for powder dip and wanted a French manicure. Usually that just means the base is dip nail powder and they use a gel nail polish for the French tip. Well, he proceeded to use a gel color on top of the dip that was the exact same color of the actual dip powder. And then added more gel to create the actual white tip so my nails ended up coming out super thick considering I had dip powder and then two coats of gel nail polish +2 coats of white French tip. I had been there 2 1/2 hours, I’m pregnant. I felt like my bladder was about to burst and I was extremely annoyed so I just asked him to please hurry up and finish. I probably should have complained, but I figured it was my bad since I went against my intuition by allowing the guy do my nails. That being said, I would never go back to this place! my nails looked tragic. I had to go to another salon the next day and get them redone since the whole purpose of getting my nails done was for a maternity photo shoot. This was the worst $95 I have ever spent.

I went there for the first time and I got a gel mani and pedi and i was not impressed. There skills are mediocre at best. Skill level is just not there with polishing, trimming cuticles, and overall services did not meet my standards. I had 2 people at one time. Older lady did my nails and she was quasi-lazy. She did not switch sides to do each hand, even after I asked her to. She was focused on making it comfortable for herself. Her cuticle trimming skills lacked majorly and I’m not sure she could see well. I had a younger nail tech in my feet. She was polite but skill level was just okay.

I got gel manicure and gel pedicure on 7/27 and within the hour had to return to get two finger nails fixed because they started peeling. Now a day later, the other nails are starting to peel. I'm not having this issue with my pedicure and it was the same nail polish. Hoping I can I still go back and fix this.

I came today for an acrylic removal and i specifically told the lady not to remove it with another acrylic nail because it hurts. She proceeds away with removing my acrylics with another acrylic nail . I kept telling her it hurt but she continued. The only reason I stood there was because she was going fast and I just wanted to get out of there. To top it off I told her to put a $2 tip , I didn’t even want to give her one after she did not listen, but then when I see the charge on my card she added $5 to the tip. I am never coming here again.

I want to cry , I paid $50 for this pedicure and it’s not even gel. 😫and you can see by the picture it’s really bad quality. This looks so bad I have to pay someone else to fix this.

Came to get my nails done saturday 6/29/24, midafternoon and it's the last time come here! Im so dissapointed in the service. The lady who helped me that day was wearing a white design regular t-shirt with light green overalls, short chubby lady with glasses, with a mean face and does not even smile. She was really rude to me and hurted me not once, not twice, not three times but 4 times! I asked no nail clipping just file. She began using nail clippers and I said nicely to her no nail clipping please, she then responded very rude and with attitude "I know, i know you said no nail clipping, I know what to do". And what did she do, she nail clipped me twice, UGH!! I did not tip her for service she provided to me and hurting my toes too many times and bleed that I still can't wear shoes for work and she never said sorry! Very unsatisfied with the nail salon now not worth $35.

This was the second [and last] time I've gone to Natalie's Nails. The first time was okay and the technician did an adequate job. This last time, the noise in the shop was untenable! The techs were screaming and yelling the whole time! My appointment started at 12:30 and finally was over at 2:15! FOR A PEDICURE!!! I sat soaking for almost 20 minutes! It was possibly THE WORST experience possible! Will I be going back? NOT ON YOUR LIFE!!!

I came here and it never been so expensive !!! $210 for two full sets and two pedicures. One gel one regular. 60$ for medium long nails. Crazy they always charge me $40 or 50$ same length ! The girl was rushing and the first to leave after she was done with me she left my left hand good and my right hand so bumpy ! And so crooked. 50$ for a gel pedicure when I said I didn’t want any pedicure I just wanted the polish the gel. And she asked me if I wanted a scrub and I assumed it would be $10 or $5. But they charged me for a regular pedicure. Don’t come here. They don’t listen and make you pay for something yoh don’t get/specifically don’t ask for. I said I only wanted gel to avoid the price & tbem when I didn’t give them a tip (hands or feet because my nails were bumpy and I specifically said no full pedicure. My mom decided to tip them $10 for her people (hands and feet) and they asked me “only 10$ for 4 people” they’re prices are crazy and they do not deserve a tip !!! You don’t force services on clients or force them to tip you. I will never come back here ever again I would gladly go anywhere & it really sucks because I had been coming for a while. They’re extremely rude and forceful ! They cut my mom made her bleed. At least usually a $2 discount for that but no nothing. When I told them I felt like my nails were bumpy that’s why no tip tbst didn’t even offer to fix it !
