I absolutely love Naked Nail & Lash Lounge! It’s a calm relaxing environment and the staff is so friendly and nice. The salon itself is super clean and they have a great variety of colors and options. Lilo & Michelle have done my nails/toes and I love them. I would highly recommend!

Came here today for a manicure (gel) and pedicure (traditional ). I seriously think it was the best manicure I've even been given. Lili is a true artist and so kind and personable. Whenever I'm in town, I'll be stopping in.

I'm a long term customer of this salon. I used to love it. But recently, I've had nothing but bad experiences.
I got a gel manicure done and I loved it. But just a few short days later, it started chipping on several nails! I went back about 5 days later after having it done and they did fix it for me free of charge...but as soon as I got home, it just chipped off again.
Fast forward less than 2 weeks after I got it done, I decided to just go back and get a whole new gel manicure done. I walked into the salon at 6:00pm. There was a lady just sitting, doing nothing. She approached me and I told her what I wanted, which was a gel manicure and a pedicure. The other younger girl who was helping someone else asked me if I could come back tomorrow because they close in an hour and they have a party to go to so they can't do my nails. I said no, I can't because I work tomorrow and I'm a mom of 2. It's hard enough for me to be able to get time to go as it is. I asked again, "so you can't do it? you guys don't close for an hour" and she told me no again, that they close soon and they have a party to attend. Are you kidding me?!?! Needless to say, I walked out. Not to mention, on my way to a different salon, I was very easily able to peel my gel manicure off after not even having it done for 2 weeks. this salon just lost a long term customer and I will be calling to complain to whoever is the manager!

Recently, we came to this Nail Salon, looking to get a pedicure and a manicure for a special occasion. The same day we arrived to this nail salon, we booked an appointment 15 minutes prior to arriving with the hopes that they’d be able to squeeze our party in before closing time. When we arrived, we were greeted by one of the staff members and asked to wash our hands then have a seat at the pedicure chair. The second our party sat down was the second things went south. There were only 3 staffers on duty and two of us- As I began to receive my pedicure, I noticed things were being rushed, the woman (Olivia) Did not apply any cuticle softener, or appropriate lotions, so everything was being operated solely on the moisture of water and soap. I noticed this immediately, Since my current occupation is in cosmetology, I was aware of what was going on; when I pointed this out, I was only met with frustration and dismissiveness from Olivia. She rushed to finish my pedicure, and still refused to put and form of moisture on my feet and told me it’d be an extra step, that was pretty much unnecessary (when it really isn’t, cuticle softener prevents hangnails and cracks). Our total came out to $115 and we still paid despite having a poor experience. When we were being rang up, we asked for Olivia, and she became extremely defensive when we were speaking to her, she cut us off mid sentence, and said passive aggressive remarks when speaking. Her body language exemplified someone who didn’t care about the quality of the customer but rather the quantity of the amount of people they were bringing in.
